The main focus of the app is on running HIIT as it detects movement thus being able to support your sprints and rests.
However, using solely timer (both for the exercise and rest components) you'll also be able to use the app in any other training you do!
With the built-in preset system you'll also be able to store your plans so that you can easily use them in the future.
