Performance Reviews
Held in real-time. Team members are taught that if there’s an issue, address it now. If there’s praise to be given, give it now.
Meetings
Death to meetings!
Each office has an all-hands meeting on the fourth Thursday of each month.
Other meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis.
Meetings are kept as short and simple as possible, and team members are encouraged to ask “Why are we having this meeting? Is anyone’s time being wasted?”
How to Thrive at MWI
Nothing is impossible.
Marketing is a collective process. Use “we,” avoid “I.”
MWI is the best agency in the world. Always behave in a way that adds to its reputation.
Remember good manners. Treat everyone with respect.
Think big – big ideas lead to big results.
Admit your mistakes, learn from them, move on.
A big task is rarely accomplished with a little ad.
You’re in the driver’s seat – drive your business into the future.
Never be afraid to ask… an inquiring mind is an asset.
Think big. Then think bigger.
