On Truth Social on April 5th Trump did the sort of cursing that is routine for many Americans and no big deal for most Americans apart from ladies over 90. It would be nice to be nicer on Easter Day, however.

News outlets have absurdly labeled it “profanity laced” and threatening. Considering that this is a war run by Trump, it is probably not a “threat” but a “promise”. Similar language was used by some US Presidents and Generals 60-80 years ago, at least in private. Presidents Nixon and Johnson were well-known for so-called “profanity” laced rants, usually known as “cursing” or “expletives”. In the case of Nixon “expletive deleted” was used. And, the Iranian regime should be cursed. May “God d*mn” the Iranian Regime would be more appropriate than suggesting that they were born out of wedlock, the literal meaning of bast**d. And, calling them evil would probably be more accurate than “crazy”. The only strange things about the post are that 1) Trump uses Allah for God, and 2) that news outlets are making a big deal about it. However, Arabic speaking Christians use Allah for God, so it is appropriate.
