What are my payment options?
If you have payment terms setup with your authorized Milltronics distributor we encourage you to make arrangement through them. Otherwise, Milltronics will process parts orders through credit card only.
What are my shipping options?
UPS, Fedex, Freight, Will Call, Collect
Can I arrange my own shipping?
By default, Milltronics will select the most resourceful way to ship your parts. You may request UPS or Fedex if you have an account with them however some items are only available to ship via freight. Please consult a Parts Specialist to determine the best shipping method.
Is return freight covered for warranty parts?
Milltronics covers outbound freight on warranty parts but requires return freight to be covered by the customer.
Can I return a part if I did not use it?
Parts may be returned within 30 days if in new, unused condition. A 20% restocking fee may apply and an RMA is required to return the item. Please contact the Parts Department to obtain your RMA.
What time is your “cut-off” for same day shipment?
If a part is in stock and does not require additional assembly or programming, we will make every effort to get the part out that day if the order is received prior to 3pm CST.
Is rush processing available?
Rush processing is available for control repairs only. Please inquire for details.
