Talent Acquisition Process:

Our talent acquisition team reviews each submission carefully. If your experience aligns with the role, we will reach out to schedule an interview. The interview process varies by department. Some teams begin with a phone or Microsoft Teams interview, while others may move directly to an in person interview at our facility in Indianapolis.

First Shift Operations!

Tired of second or third shift schedules? Milltronics operates on first shift only. We use staggered start times, with no start later than 9:00 am, so you are home in the evenings.
