Summer Camps

Give your child a summer to remember with Mid-America Science Museum’s Curiosity Camps! Our unique summer experiences are designed to be age-appropriate, educational, and, most of all, FUN!

Scientots

Scientots is a science and literacy program for our youngest learners aged 6 and under! Our professional educators read science related stories and lead hands-on activities digging deeper into the subject!

Science Saturdays

Learn on the weekend with Science Saturday! Each Saturday, educators will have a hands-on activity in the Museum.

Tinkering Studio

Tinker Studio offers hands-on activities inspired by a new theme each month. Open 1:00–4:00 pm and included with museum admission, it’s the perfect place to explore ideas, experiment, and have fun.

Homeschool

Birthday Parties

Let us help you make your child’s birthday special! Parties must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee preferred dates and times.

STEM Initiatives

Every fall, the museum hosts STEM Works Hot Springs, a free, hands-on career exploration event for area students in grades 8–10. The program focuses on early workforce development by giving students the chance to meet local STEM professionals and discover the wide variety of career paths available right here in our community.
