mGBA is a free and open source Game Boy Advance emulator, which allows you to play almost any video game from this legendary portable Nintendo console, regardless of your PC's power. As is often the case, mGBA doesn't facilitate the download of ROMs. If you want to play an original Game Boy Advance release, it's best to dump your own cartridge image onto your PC, then load it directly on the emulator. That said, there are also tons of totally free video games that you can easily download and run on this emulator. Many developers offer these ROMs for free on their official websites or in dedicated repositories.
