A small icon showing the percentage of used memory is actually the only visible sign that the program is doing its work. The color of the icon depends on the amount of free memory, depending on the percentages you set for the warning and danger levels.

A left click on this icon opens the program’s main window, which shows details about the current state of the physical memory, the page file and the system working set. From there, you can also free memory with a single click on the corresponding button. However, this isn’t the only way you can do that as the application supports automatic cleaning with a given frequency or when the defined level is surpassed.
