Recording Studio

State-of-the-art, acoustically treated and air-conditioned facilities allow for professional recording, production, mixing and mastering at an affordable price. Mayfield Studios strives to provide the best possible recording experience, producing an end result that exceeds client expectations.

PRICES AND BOOKINGS

The Standard Hourly Rate (SHR) just £45

A 10% discount applied for any album projects

Label Artists receive a 20% discount

The SHR includes recording engineer/producer, and encompasses the full range of studio services (recording, editing, mixing and mastering) and the full use of the studio equipment, instruments and facilities – this is per hour of studio hire booked.

Please note that the hourly rate does not include any extra hours required for editing, mixing or mastering for any project, including for audiobook production

For DRY HIRE (includes the full use of the studio facilities) the cost is £25 per hour.
For Film & TV Production or Corporate Voiceover Services, rates are negotiable based on client needs and requirements.

..Singing or instrument lessons regularly take place at the studio. Prices vary depending on the tutor, so contact us for more info.

Mayfield Studios also provides an Artist Development Programme for the emerging artist, to help them grow in the areas of singing, playing an instrument, performance and/or songwriting. The monthly subscription is £300, which covers 8 hours each month to be used freely in the areas of coaching, songwriting and studio recording time.

LUXURIOUS REHEARSAL SPACE (full backline and PA system inc.)for just £20 per hour.

Mayfield Studios are open Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00. Sessions are booked either as a Full Day (8 hour), Half Day (4 hour) OR by the hour. Contact us to make a booking.

Clients will be charged in full for a ‘no-show’. Cancellations must be made before 48 hours prior to the session or will be classed as a ‘no-show’.
VIDEO SERVICES will be charged separately as per the specific videographer rate.

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF THE BOOKED SESSION unless a deposit has been requested prior to the session.
