Tina Turner – “Break Every Rule.” The Laserdisc and apparently the VHS editions have an introduction by Max Headroom to the song “Back Where You Started.” This is available on the laserdisc from this tour – and at least the UK PAL-format version of the VHS – but apparently not on the record, cassette, or CD versions. Will need to confirm whether the US NTSC-format version of the VHS includes it. US Laserdisc 1987. Japanese laserdisc 1987.
