Eloquent

Eloquent is an application for Mac that facilitates a complete study of the Bible and related texts, like commentary, lexicons and devotionals. You can download the different bibliographic resourses for Eloquent from crosswire.org.

There are two features within Eloquent that stand out: the first is a bookmarking system that provides rapid access to any verse within the Bible, which can then be organized into groups; the second is an excellent search feature than can locate any existing term within the text and create an index from the results.

You can use the control at the top of the screen to change between books, and the number on the right to change between chapters. The Books of Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, the Psalms, the Romans and the Corinthians await.
