Common Issues
Plugin is not working as expected
- Make sure the plugin is activated
- Deactivate and reactivate the plugin
- Check for conflicts by temporarily deactivating other plugins
- Clear your cache if you use a caching plugin
Plugin conflict with my theme or another plugin
- Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Four)
- Deactivate other plugins one by one to identify the conflict
- Contact us with the list of active plugins and your theme name
Error messages appearing
- Note the exact error message
- Check your PHP version — all our plugins require PHP 8.0 or higher
- Check your WordPress version — all our plugins require WordPress 5.0 or higher
