  • Good morning, brethren.

    1. Morning devotion for today.

    i. MORNING TEA
THE WORD FOR TODAY. TUESDAY APRIL 21, 2026.
    ' " 'I'M PRAYING FOR YOU'"

‘I have prayed for you…’  Luke 22:32 NKJV

WHEN SOMEBODY says, ‘I’m praying for you,’ there is no greater expression of love! The tragedy of religion without power is that it leaves you ignorant of the incredible potential of prayer. Prayer moves God! And when God moves, people and situations change! Jesus told Peter, ‘…Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren’ (vv. 31-32 NKJV). And God answered that prayer! In spite of his denial of Christ, Peter ended up leading one of the greatest spiritual awakenings in history, and two of the books in the Bible are named after him. Only eternity will reveal the lives that have been salvaged and ministries restored through prayer. There is no distance in prayer. Through prayer you can project yourself into any situation, at any time, anywhere on earth, claiming the promise, ‘…Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours’ (Mark 11:24 NIV). When the Philistines were about to annihilate Israel, Samuel said, ‘…I will intercede with the Lord for you’ (1 Samuel 7:5 NIV). And the result? ‘…The Lord thundered…against the Philistines…’ (v. 10 NIV). Perhaps this is what the old-timers meant when they talked about ‘praying up a storm’! God comes by invitation. Your prayers open the door to Him. Any time you pray in Jesus’ name, the Holy Spirit is authorised to go to work accomplishing things on your behalf that cannot be accomplished any other way. Remember that, next time someone says, ‘I’m praying for you’.

    ii. THE WAY IS OPEN

"He heard that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by. He began to speak with a loud voice, saying, 'Jesus, Son of David, take pity on me!" - Mark 10:47

Many Christians in need think: 'If Jesus were only on earth, I would go to Him for help.'

Yet when Jesus was on earth, the people only had limited access to God. If you were lucky enough to be at the right time in the place where the Lord Jesus was and if the crowd around Him allowed it, you could have an encounter with Him. He was a man of flesh and blood and could only be in one place at the same time.

    An encounter with Jesus

While Jesus was still on earth, Bartimaeus was one of the lucky ones to meet Him. Bartimaeus shouted: 'Jesus, Son of David, take pity on me!' Jesus stopped and said: 'Call him.' Bartimaeus, who was blind, threw off his coat and was taken to Jesus, who asked him: 'What do you want Me to do for you?' The blind man said to Him: 'Lord, I want to see.' And Jesus responded: 'Go! Your faith has healed you.' At once Bartimaeus could see again and he went on with Jesus (see Mark 10:47-52).

There are many stories about people who went to great lengths to meet Jesus. For example, the man who could not move his body was let down through the roof in front of Jesus. The Lord Jesus healed him. The woman from the land of Canaan was lucky that Jesus crossed her path. After a lot of opposition, she received healing for her daughter because of her great faith.

It is wonderful that we do not have to go to Israel to be able to meet Jesus. We do not have to wait for Him to pass by to be able to speak to Jesus. No, we have access to God and can go to Him any time.

If you do not have a way out, God is there in the midst of the difficulties and you can call upon Him. He longs to help you. He is a merciful God and wants to forgive, deliver and heal you.

James 4:8 says: 'Come near to God and He will come near to you.'

    2. Morning Prayer for today.

    i. Morning Prayer

Thou wilt keep Moses Ishaku in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee. ⏤ Isaiah 26:3

True peace comes from knowing that God is in control. ⏤ Dwight L. Moody

O God, our Father, bless us as we go out for the day. Without Your blessing, life has nothing truly beautiful or good. Like children waiting for a father’s blessing, we wait to receive Yours. Grant us Your peace. Give us health and make us strong for the tasks ahead.

As we go our separate ways for our different duties, we place ourselves in Your care. Help us to avoid sin as we walk in the light of Your commandments. We have Your word—help us to follow it faithfully.

We want to do our work well. We don’t want to end this day with only the stained fragments of our efforts to show. We want to bring back a good report at the end of the day. Bless us as we turn to our tasks and duties now. We want to do Your will, not our own; to please You, not ourselves. Fill us with Your grace and love so that we will be gentle, humble, and submissive, and in all things aligned with You. Strengthen us with all spiritual strength and enrich us with all grace so that we won’t fail in our obedience.

We’ll have duties to others as we go through the day. Help us to do them well. Keep us from any feelings that would spoil the beauty of our character. Keep us from having a negative influence on those we meet. Keep us from envy, jealousy, bad temper, and irritability. Keep us from acting in ways that dishonor You or harm Your cause. Help us to bring sunshine and good cheer wherever we go so that everyone who sees us will get a little brightness from our faces and our words. Help us to be a blessing all day long, making our path like the shining light. Bring us all home together in peace at the end of the day. We ask in Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

    Books for Healthy Relationships
‘May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.’ 2 Thessalonians 3:5(NLT)

Your marriage won’t be defined by the size of your struggles but by the size of your commitment to overcome the struggles together.

Couples who make it work “til death do us part” aren’t the ones who never had a reason to get divorced. They’re simply the ones whose love and perseverance was always stronger than their reasons for quitting. Those two ingredients (love and perseverance) might be the two most powerful forces in a marriage. If you remain steadfast in your love for each other and unshakeable in your commitment to each other, your marriage will never fail!

Reflection: Are both love and perseverance at the heart of our marriage?

The power of the Lord was present to heal.
    John 5:17

He could not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
    Matthew 13:38

    Power to Heal

What a glorious truth that “the power of the Lord is present to heal.” But there was a place where His power to heal was not a present help in trouble. There was a place where He could not help them – because of their unbelief.

    He Healed All

He was never unwilling to give, for over and again we read, He healed them all Matt.12:15. We read in Luke chapter 4 that, when the sun was setting, ALL those who had any that were sick with various diseases brought them to Him; and He laid His hands on every one of them and healed them” Luke 4:40

    Almighty Power

God’s arm is not short. His heart is not cold – His power is not diminished.. for His healing touch comes through the almighty power of the almighty God – but He could not do many mighty works there.. because of their unbelief.” Matt.13:58 How sad –

    Rich Blessings

God desired to pour out health and healing – but their foolish bias prevented Him. Their proud hearts were tightly shut against the rich blessings He brought.. hardened against Him, because of familiarity with Him! He desired to pour out on them healing and wholeness, but they dismissed Him. He came with rich blessings in His hands but carried them away with a sad heart.

    The Open Heart

The heart that is open to His presence will gladly partake of all His grace and love. Some even are sufficed to gather the crumbs that fall from the tables of others: “For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance, but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.” Luke 19:26

    Abundant Blessings

Oh yes, He will give abundantly and He will give more abundantly – pressed down, shaken together and running over. Luke 6:38 There is never any lack of power to save – nor any lack of blessings to receive, yet we may be near to Him, and miss out on the blessings He is wiling to bestow – for hardness of heart..

    Prevented by Unbelief

He may approach us, desiring to impart rich gifts of strength, comfort and joy. He may come bearing gifts of wholeness and health; wisdom, love and help, and yet He may be prevented by unbelief – as He was that time so long ago, “He came unto His own and His own received Him not…” John 1:11

    Channels of Blessing

We ourselves must be in a position to accept that which He comes to bring. We also must be in a condition to receive all that He comes to give – to welcome His gifts through whatever channel He chooses to send them. We too can close our hearts to Christ and keep His blessings outside our lives.. for weak as we are, divine Omnipotence will never compel His blessings upon us. There must be a willingness to receive. There must be a heart open to His tender advances.

    Hearts of Unbelief

It is often because of unbelief, that God’s power is prevented from working within. He is able and He is willing and He is ever present to help in time of need.. but He will never force us to accept His gifts. That choice is ours and ours alone. “How often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and yet ye would not!” Luke 13:34

    Willing Hearts

I wonder how many blessings we have forgone because of our unbelief. May our hearts be ever open to hear His voice. May our hearts be willing to receive the blessings He wants to give.

    2. Evening Prayer for today.

    i. Evening Prayer

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. ⏤ Psalm 4:8

Prayer is the nearest approach to God and the highest enjoyment of Him that we are capable of in this life. ⏤ Jonathan Edwards

Now, at the end of the day, our Father, we come back to You. You’ve heard our prayers. You’ve kept us from harm. You’ve blessed us in many ways. We thank You for all the blessings we’ve had today, for the health and comfort we’ve enjoyed. We now bring all that we’ve done today to Your feet. Whatever has pleased You—please accept and bless. The things we’ve done that didn’t please You—we ask for Your forgiveness and for You to cleanse our hearts from sin. The efforts we’ve made to help or comfort others—please accept and use them. We’ve tried to be cheerful in difficulties and discouragements. We thank You for the strength You’ve given us to endure. If we’ve cast shadows on anyone’s life today by fretting or discontent, we ask for Your forgiveness. We’ve tried to speak kind words to those we’ve met, and we ask You to use those words to bring cheer and courage.

Now, as the day ends and darkness surrounds us, we ask You to shelter us. You are our keeper. You never sleep. We will be safe through the night because You will be watching over us.

We don’t forget our friends. Some are far from us, but all are close to You. Some of our friends may be in trouble. Some may be in great need. Some may be near death. You know all their dangers and needs; please give each of them the blessing that will do them the most good. Remember the homeless and the lonely tonight.

Receive us now into Your care, keep us through the night, and bring us to the morning light if it is Your will. If not, bring us to Heaven’s morning, which is far better. We ask in Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

    Lighten Your Load.

Every day we carry around extra baggage, whether it is our backpacks, briefcases, purses, diaper bags, wallets, etc., and those bags can weigh quite a bit. Doctors will tell you that carrying around those extra pounds can do long-term damage to our bodies, stressing our muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, and nerves, which can lead to permanent damage. So it is with our spiritual lives when we carry our own burdens instead of giving them to the Lord. We carry around the heavy weight of resentment, anger, jealousy, and hatred, which is far heavier than an overloaded backpack or computer case! And the damage to our bodies is so much greater. The Bible says in Hebrews 12:1, “Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.” If we are dragging around excess baggage of guilt, holding a grudge, a bad habit, poor self-esteem, bitterness, etc, then it’s time to lighten our loads and place our burdens at the feet of Jesus. He will gladly take the weight off of our shoulders, and we’ll feel light as a feather. And it is then that we’ll be able to experience the real joy of living and run the race God has set for us. The Root Of Anger
The LORD looked with favor on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.

    Genesis 4:4b-5
The account says that Cain was angry at God's rejection of his offering, and his face was downcast. Obviously he came expecting God to accept his offering. Perhaps he was very pleased with himself. Perhaps he felt that his offering of fruit and grain was much more beautiful, much more aesthetically pleasant, than this bloody, dirty thing that Abel put on the altar. But when the smoke rose from Abel's offering and his own remained untouched, Cain's smile changed to a frown. He was angry and resentful.

How well we know this feeling! And for the same reason: jealousy. He was jealous because his brother was accepted and he was rejected. As the New Testament tells us, he was angry because his own actions were evil and his brother's were righteous (1 John 3:12), and so he was filled with jealousy.

Aren't the things that make us jealous amazing? We are jealous because our neighbors have a bigger car than we have. Our co-workers may have a desk that is nearer to the window than ours. Or perhaps they get a longer notice of commendation in the company newsletter than we do, or their picture is larger. We get angry if their name is in larger print or they have softer carpets on the floor or have two windows instead of one, as in our office. It is amazing how petty these matters are that cause us to be filled with jealousy and resentment and to rankle with a feeling of envy.

Behind it is exactly the same reason Cain was angry. He did not like the way God was acting; that is the whole point. He did not like what God had chosen to do for Abel. It was not a question of being upset because fruit was not as good as a lamb. Looking at it later we can see such implications, but that was not what was troubling Cain. What bothered him was simply that God did not conform to his idea of rightness. When God presumes to cut across the grain of our expectation, we are all offended, aren't we? We are quick with the question, How can God do a thing like this? Why does God permit this? It is all because we want our thoughts to be the program on which God operates. When He presumes to do anything else, how angry we get with Him!

But notice God's grace. He does not flare back at Cain with thunderbolts of judgment. He simply asks him a question, Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? That is the best question to ask a jealous, resentful individual. Why? Think it through, now, why are you so angry? Why are you filled with resentment against this person?

I have learned that when men and women ask me, as they sometimes do, Why does this have to happen to me? the only proper answer is, Why shouldn't it happen to you? These things happen to everyone and to anyone; why shouldn't it happen to you? Why should you escape? Why should you assume that you have special immunity to the normal problems, injustices, and trials of life?

How often I flare up with jealous anger Lord, when I feel I am being robbed of what I deserve. Forgive me, and continue to remind me that Your ways are, indeed, not my ways.
Daily devotion for April 20th The Root Of Anger The LORD looked with favor on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast. Genesis 4:4b-5 The account says that Cain was angry at God's rejection of his offering, and his face was downcast. • Good morning, brethren.

    1. Morning devotion for today.

    i. MORNING TEA
THE WORD FOR TODAY. WEDNESDAY APRIL 15, 2026.

    "INSTRUMENT RATED (7)"

‘Lead me, O Lord…make straight Your way before me.’ Psalm 5:8 NIV

INSTRUMENT RATED for direction. The compass has always been the pilot’s best friend. Most planes are equipped with two. How can you know the will of God? ‘…A man named Agabus, who also had the gift of prophecy, arrived from Judea. He came over, took Paul’s belt, and bound his own feet and hands with it. Then he said, “The Holy Spirit declares, ‘So shall the owner of this belt be bound by the Jewish leaders in Jerusalem and turned over to the Gentiles.’” When we heard this, we and the local believers all begged Paul not to go on to Jerusalem. But he said, “Why all this weeping? You are breaking my heart! I am ready not only to be jailed at Jerusalem but even to die for the sake of the Lord Jesus.” When it was clear that we couldn’t persuade him, we gave up and said, “The Lord’s will be done”’ (Acts 21:10-14 NLT). Notice, the confusion here was not over God’s will; that was clear. It was over fear concerning Paul’s life. Here we have a perfect example of letting our emotions get in the way of our spirit. It is by our spirit, not our mind, and certainly not our emotions, that we understand the ways and directions of the Lord. ‘For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God’ (Romans 8:14 KJV). You must not be led by ‘voices, dreams, and “fleeces”’ (Judges 6:37-40). Sometimes these things support and confirm what you sense in your spirit to be God’s will, but they are never to be the sole deciding factor. Your compass is God’s Word!

    ii. DANIEL'S PRAYER LIFE

"Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before." - Daniel 6:10

The story of Daniel tells us how we are able to touch God and how God touches us.

Daniel represented God's holiness in a time of wickedness. Just as Daniel lived in Babylon, we live in a wicked modern Babylon today.

As Daniel was able to remain faithful to the living God in those days of idolatry, so are we! No matter how bad the time is and will be. Daniel could not only hold on to his faith, but also pray in such a way that God could speak to him and touch him. This certainly applies to us today, because God is always the same (see Hebrews 13:8).

In Daniel 6 we read that Daniel was appointed as one of the three government administrators supervising 120 officers. Daniel surpassed the others and the king intended to appoint him all over the kingdom. That caused jealousy and the other government administrators tried to find a fault in Daniel.

    A man of great faith

What strikes me is that Daniel was a praying man. He prayed three times a day and did this faithfully. His enemies could not find anything against Daniel, so they convinced the king to draft a law that any person who would make a request to a god or person except for the king within thirty days, would be thrown into the lions' den.

Daniel continued to pray to the God of heaven, even though he knew it could cost him his life. Daniel's prayer life made him a man of great faith. When Daniel was thrown into the lions' den, he did not say a word. His faith in the living God shut the mouth of the lions (see Hebrews 11:33).

We see that Daniel's life was very blessed. God revealed to him the mysteries of the future. While in exile and living in a sinful environment, Daniel remained holy, devoted and pure before the Lord his God. Are we doing the same in our time?

    2. Morning Prayer for today.

    i. Morning Prayer

Thy word [is] a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. ⏤ Psalm 119:105

A thorough knowledge of the Bible is worth more than a college education. ⏤ Dwight L. Moody

Father, please bless the words we’ve read together this morning. We’re grateful that here in this world, we can read the very words of Heaven and hear Your voice speaking to us. Help us to honor and love Your word. Help us to keep its truths in our hearts so that they can bless and transform our lives. Help us to lean on Your promises like we lean on a staff for support. Help us to take refuge in Your word, just as someone fleeing danger would hide in the cleft of a rock. Let Your word be a lamp to guide our way, showing us the right path. May it be our counselor, guiding us through life’s challenges. Let the lessons we’ve learned this morning touch and bless everything we do today. May its holy truths inspire us, strengthen us, and give us life. Let them be a source of motivation, stirring within us and energizing us. May they build up our character and show us our duties at every step.

We can’t live without You. We need Your presence every moment. May we receive Your strength to make us strong for every task and challenge. We pray for everyone in our home. We also pray for our loved ones, wherever they are, that they may be kept safe and in good health. We pray for those who are sick, for the poor and troubled, for those traveling by sea, for those in danger, and for orphaned children. We pray for those facing strong temptations, that You will keep them from falling.

We ask You to forgive all our sins and give us the grace to live this day sweetly and beautifully, glorifying You and blessing everyone our lives touch. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

  • Zechariah 8:

"1 Again the word of the LORD of hosts came to me, saying,
2 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I was jealous for Zion with great jealousy, and I was jealous for her with great fury.
3 Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.
4 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.
5 And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.
6 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? saith the LORD of hosts.
    7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west* country;
8 And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.
9 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.
10 For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.
11 But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, saith the LORD of hosts.
12 For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.
13 And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.
14 For thus saith the LORD of hosts; As I thought to punish you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, saith the LORD of hosts, and I repented not:
15 So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not.
16 These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:
17 And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.
18 And the word of the LORD of hosts came unto me, saying,
19 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth month, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.
20 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:
21 And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.
22 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.
23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew*, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you."

SERMON: NEUTRALIZING THE POWER OF DEMONIC DREAMS

Have you ever woken up from a dream feeling heavy, afraid, confused… or even attacked?
Some dreams don’t just pass—they linger. They affect your mood, your thoughts, even your day.
Let’s be clear: not every dream is spiritual—but some are. And when they are negative, oppressive, or repetitive, they must not be ignored.
Because if you don’t deal with certain dreams spiritually… they may try to manifest physically.
But here is the good news:
Every demonic operation—whether in the night or day—can be neutralized by the power of God.

    Scriptural Foundation

    Job 33:14–15
“For God speaks… in a dream, in a vision of the night…”
Dreams are a legitimate spiritual channel.
    Matthew 13:25
“While men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares…”
The enemy can operate while people are unaware.
    Luke 10:19
“I give you authority… over all the power of the enemy…”
You are not powerless—you have authority.
    2 Corinthians 10:3–5
Spiritual warfare is real and must be fought spiritually.
    Isaiah 54:17
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper…”
    Every attack can be nullified.
    3. Key Points (Structured Teaching)
    1. Discern the Source of the Dream
Not every dream is from God or the devil.
    Dreams can come from:
    God (instruction, warning)
    Your mind (daily thoughts)
    The enemy (fear, manipulation, oppression)

Principle: Discernment protects you from fear and ignorance.
    2. Refuse Fear—Establish Authority
Fear is the enemy’s entry point.
If you wake up afraid, the battle has already begun in your mind
    Authority must replace fear immediately
Principle: What you permit emotionally, you empower spiritually.
    3. Speak Immediately—Don’t Stay Silent
Silence can allow spiritual impressions to settle.
    Cancel negative dreams verbally
Declare God’s Word over your life
Principle: Your voice is a weapon.
    4. Live a Spiritually Aligned Life

A weak spiritual life makes a believer vulnerable.
    Prayerlessness invites spiritual attacks
    Sin opens doors
Principle: Your lifestyle determines your spiritual defense.
    5. Engage in Spiritual Warfare
Some dreams are not casual—they are confrontational.
You don’t ignore warfare—you respond to it
    Use Scripture, prayer, and authority

Principle: Victory is enforced, not assumed.
    4. Biblical Case Study
    Joseph (Genesis 37 & 41)
Joseph’s life was deeply connected to dreams:
    He received divine dreams
Others also had dreams that shaped destinies
    But notice:
Not all reactions to dreams were positive
His brothers reacted with jealousy (negative interpretation)
Insight: Dreams carry power—but interpretation and response determine outcome.
    Also consider:
    Pilate’s Wife (Matthew 27:19)
She had a troubling dream about Jesus.

Warning dreams exist—but must be responded to correctly.
    5. Practical Life Applications
When you have a disturbing dream:
    1. Wake up and pray immediately
    2. Reject the dream verbally
“I cancel every negative dream in the name of Jesus.
    3. Declare Scripture (e.g., Isaiah 54:17)
    4. Cover yourself with the blood of Jesus
    5. Avoid meditating on the fear—focus on God’s truth
    6. Strengthen your prayer life daily
    7. Keep your spiritual environment clean (what you watch, hear, think)
    6. Deep Spiritual Insights
The night is a spiritual battleground because your physical defenses are low
Dreams can be spiritual seeds—they attempt to plant outcomes
What is not resisted can take root
Authority in Christ is not automatic—it must be exercised

You don’t fight for victory—you fight from victory.
    7. Questions for Reflection
    1. Do I ignore my dreams or discern them spiritually?
    2. Do I respond with fear or authority?
    3. Is my prayer life strong enough to resist spiritual attacks?
    4. Am I exposing myself to negative influences before sleep?
    5. Do I understand my authority in Christ?
    8. Powerful Prayer Points
    Pray with boldness:
Father, every negative dream I have experienced, I cancel it now in Jesus’ name.
Every seed of affliction planted in my sleep, be uprooted by fire.
I reject fear, oppression, and manipulation of the enemy.
By the authority in Christ, I nullify every demonic agenda against my life.
I cover my mind, body, and spirit with the blood of Jesus.
From tonight, my sleep is secured and sanctified.
Lord, speak to me clearly through dreams and give me discernment.
    9. Strong Closing Call to Action
Don’t be passive about your spiritual life.
If something is attacking you in your dreams:
    Don’t ignore it
    Don’t fear it
    Confront it

    You have authority. Use it.
    From tonight:
    Pray before you sleep
    Guard your heart
    Speak God’s Word boldly
Your nights will no longer be a place of attack—but a place of encounter.
Neutralize the enemy—and take back your spiritual authority.

If you have not given your life to Jesus kindly do so by joining a Bible believing Church.

Isaiah 54:17 “No weapon formed against you shall prosper…” 👉 Every attack can be nullified. 3. Key Points (Structured Teaching) 1. Discern the Source of the Dream Not every dream is from God or the devil. Dreams can come from: God (instruction, warning) Your mind (daily thoughts) The enemy (fear, manipulation, oppression) 👉 Principle: Discernment protects you from fear and ignorance. 2. Refuse Fear—Establish Authority Fear is the enemy’s entry point. If you wake up afraid, the battle has already begun in your mind Authority must replace fear immediately 👉 Principle: What you permit emotionally, you empower spiritually. 3. Speak Immediately—Don’t Stay Silent Silence can allow spiritual impressions to settle. Cancel negative dreams verbally Declare God’s Word over your life 👉 Principle: Your voice is a weapon. 4. Live a Spiritually Aligned Life A weak spiritual life makes a believer vulnerable. Prayerlessness invites spiritual attacks Sin opens doors 👉 Principle: Your lifestyle determines your spiritual defense. 5. Engage in Spiritual Warfare Some dreams are not casual—they are confrontational. You don’t ignore warfare—you respond to it Use Scripture, prayer, and authority 👉 Principle: Victory is enforced, not assumed. 4. Biblical Case Study Joseph (Genesis 37 & 41) Joseph’s life was deeply connected to dreams: He received divine dreams Others also had dreams that shaped destinies But notice: Not all reactions to dreams were positive His brothers reacted with jealousy (negative interpretation) 👉 Insight: Dreams carry power—but interpretation and response determine outcome. Also consider: Pilate’s Wife (Matthew 27:19) She had a troubling dream about Jesus. 👉 Warning dreams exist—but must be responded to correctly. 5. Practical Life Applications When you have a disturbing dream: 1. Wake up and pray immediately 2. Reject the dream verbally “I cancel every negative dream in the name of Jesus. 3. Declare Scripture (e.g., Isaiah 54:17) 4. Cover yourself with the blood of Jesus 5. Avoid meditating on the fear—focus on God’s truth 6. Strengthen your prayer life daily 7. Keep your spiritual environment clean (what you watch, hear, think) 6. Deep Spiritual Insights The night is a spiritual battleground because your physical defenses are low Dreams can be spiritual seeds—they attempt to plant outcomes What is not resisted can take root Authority in Christ is not automatic—it must be exercised 👉 You don’t fight for victory—you fight from victory. 7. Questions for Reflection 1. Do I ignore my dreams or discern them spiritually? 2. Do I respond with fear or authority? 3. Is my prayer life strong enough to resist spiritual attacks? 4. Am I exposing myself to negative influences before sleep? 5. Do I understand my authority in Christ? 8. Powerful Prayer Points Pray with boldness: Father, every negative dream I have experienced, I cancel it now in Jesus’ name. 9. Strong Closing Call to Action Don’t be passive about your spiritual life. If something is attacking you in your dreams: Don’t ignore it Don’t fear it Confront it You have authority. Use it. From tonight: Pray before you sleep Guard your heart Speak God’s Word boldly 👉 Your nights will no longer be a place of attack—but a place of encounter. Neutralize the enemy—and take back your spiritual authority. If you have not given your life to Jesus kindly do so by joining a Bible believing Church. Bridging the Gap
The enemy would like nothing better than to drive a wedge between family members. He knows which buttons to push that will cause you to lose patience, become irritated, give a snide remark, or lose your temper. Whenever you start acting in a non-Christian way, the devil wins! Families are especially vulnerable because they are the ones you expect to lift you up and be there for you ... no matter what. But when you let go of God’s hand for even a moment, Satan is quick to rush in and create confusion, doubt, distrust, or jealousy, and that is when you’ll fall. Hard feelings have a way of creating walls that soon seem too high to climb. Many times, family feuds have gone on for years where neither side can remember what started the fight in the first place, yet they hold on to all that anger! The only way to find your way back to each other is to allow God to “bridge the gap.” He alone can heal hearts and melt away the anger. Determine today to love as God loves and rid your heart of all jealousy and foolish pride. Whatever is standing in the way of family unity, open the door with the key of forgiveness. There’s nothing that is worth missing out on eternity with Jesus. Allow God to be first in your life and to “love” as “He loves,” starting in your own home! Text: Psalm 34:17, 1 John 4:19, Ephesians 5:1-2

  • *🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 100*
    *DATE: 10TH APRIL 2026*
*TOPIC: FUNCTIONING IN THE BODY: DISCOVERING YOUR PLACE*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: 1 CORINTHIANS 12:12 (NKJV)*
*“For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.”*

    *Devotional Message:*

Yesterday, we saw the importance of embracing our uniqueness in God’s program. Today, we understand that this uniqueness becomes effective when we discover our place in the body of Christ.

The apostle Paul teaches that the body is made up of different parts—each with a unique function. The eye, hand, ear, and leg all serve different purposes, yet they work together to form one complete and effective body. No part is useless, and none can function independently.

In the same way, every believer has a distinct role in the body of Christ. Our strength is not in competition, but in cooperation. When we understand who we are in God, we are delivered from comparison, jealousy, and unnecessary rivalry.

John the Baptist demonstrated this understanding clearly. When others tried to compare his ministry with that of Jesus, he responded with humility and clarity, saying, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” He understood his assignment and remained focused on it.

Beloved, you are not called to imitate another—you are called to fulfill your unique role. When you discover yourself through the Word of God, you begin to function effectively and contribute meaningfully to the body of Christ.

The enemy often brings division through comparison and differences, but God desires unity through diversity. When each believer embraces their place, the body becomes strong, effective, and impactful.

You are a prophecy in motion. Your role matters. Your contribution is needed.

    *Prayer* :

Heavenly Father, I thank You for making me a part of the body of Christ. Help me to discover my place and function effectively in my assignment. Deliver me from comparison and competition, and teach me to walk in unity with others. I receive grace to fulfill my purpose and be a blessing to my generation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
