• I had to learn this the hard way at some point.

It's so so so badddd that I had to be literally almost arguing with my room mates just yesterday that God can actually heal.

Infact they indirectly prefer the weak, worrying life, sickly living, painful experience and what I call mental torture their thoughts, words and imaginations initiates in their lives than living to dare to believe and conform to the true state and life the word of God has given for everyone who believes.

I'm not saying you won't experience trying or bad times with your health e.t.c.

    I'm saying when they come, if you can believe in the word of God;

    There's hope for you.
    There's healing for you.
    There's a Blessing for you.
There's a place for you and it's called a tower for your safety.

We have faith because he is a faithful God.

We believe because we know he cares for us. And because he cares for us, nothing can separate us from his love.

Not our sorrows, tribulations and challenges.

And so whether it ended the way we had intended or not we know he loves us and because of His love,

We know He would keep us in perfect peace.

We know He would never leave or forsake us.

We know He has a plan for us and would guard everything that concerns us up till eternity come.

    The picture I'm trying to paint to you is this;

I know life has made you go through some experiences that seem permanent and unavoidable.

But nonetheless, never ever underestimate or downplay the power of the word of God.

    Remain blessed.

  • April 20, 2026 - Morning

    Topic: Family Restoration

Key Scripture: Malachi 4:6 – “He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents.”

The risen Lord specializes in restoring families by turning hearts toward one another in love and unity, just as He promised. In this post-resurrection season, release every strained relationship into His healing hands because the power that raised Christ can mend what seems irreparable.

Watch as misunderstandings dissolve and affection returns stronger than before, creating a home that testifies to God’s resurrection power. Let this truth fill your prayers with expectation so that your family becomes a shining example of the transforming love of the living Savior.

    Prayer Points:
Heal and unite every strained relationship in my home.

Turn my family into a testimony of Your resurrection power.

  • A Violent Attack. Pregnant. Left for Dead.

I was bleeding on the floor… and I heard God say,
“Get up. I’m not finished with you yet.”

I was pregnant when a man broke into my home… and what happened next was a violent attack that left me fighting for my life.

There were moments I truly didn’t think I would survive.

    But God had other plans.

    I shared my story here:

  • The relationship between morning sun and human health is a fascinating intersection of modern science and ancient wisdom. It is helpful to break this down into what we know biologically and how that has been interpreted through a theological or spiritual lens.
The Science: Sunlight and Vitamin D
There is a common misunderstanding that "sunlight" uniformly produces Vitamin D at all hours. Biologically, it is more nuanced:
The Midday Peak: Vitamin D is produced when your skin is exposed to UVB radiation. UVB rays are strongest when the sun is high in the sky, typically between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
The Morning Window (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM): During the early morning, the sun's rays travel at a sharper angle through the atmosphere, which filters out most UVB radiation. While you may not get much Vitamin D during this time, these early hours are excellent for circadian rhythm regulation. Exposure to morning light helps suppress melatonin and boosts serotonin, which improves your mood, alertness, and ability to sleep better at night.
The "Healing" Aspect: While not strictly Vitamin D-related, early sunlight provides UVA light, which can trigger the release of nitric oxide in the skin. This can help improve blood flow and potentially lower blood pressure. In this sense, "healing" is scientifically accurate, though it comes from different mechanisms than Vitamin D synthesis.
    Theological and Historical Perspectives
The "healing power" of the sun is a universal theme in human history. Because the sun is the source of life, heat, and light, almost every culture has imbued it with divine characteristics.
Christianity (The Sun of Righteousness): In Malachi 4:2, the term "Sun of Righteousness" is used, with rays that bring "healing." This has been interpreted by theologians as a metaphor for Christ, where the light of God provides spiritual healing and clarity that penetrates the darkness of human struggle.
Hinduism (Surya): The Sun, or Surya, is revered as the source of all life and is specifically associated with health. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) is an ancient practice performed at dawn. It is believed that the early morning rays carry a specific, gentle energy that balances the doshas (energies) in the body, promoting physical and spiritual vitality.
    Ancient Civilizations (Ra, Helios, Apollo):
Egypt: The sun god Ra was seen as the creator and sustainer of life. The light was considered a tangible manifestation of divine order.
Greece: Apollo was the god of both the sun and medicine. The Greeks understood a profound connection between the sun’s light and the health of the body, viewing solar energy as a purifying force that could "burn away" sickness.
Symbolism of Dawn: Across traditions, the "rising sun" represents rebirth, hope, and new beginnings. The theological implication is that each morning offers a "reset"—a divine opportunity for renewal. Standing in the light at this hour is often treated as a meditative act, acknowledging the presence of a greater, life-giving power.
    Synthesizing Science and Spirituality
When people speak of the "healing" properties of morning sun, they are often tapping into a truth that bridges these two worlds:
Biological Alignment: By being outside in the morning, you are aligning your internal body clock with the natural rhythm of the planet, which is essential for long-term health.
Psychological/Spiritual Rejuvenation: The act of standing in the early light—whether you view it as a scientific necessity or a moment of prayer—lowers stress hormones like cortisol and elevates mood.
Summary for your journey: If you are looking to maximize health, short bursts of midday sun (when the shadow is shorter than your height) are better for Vitamin D, while morning sun is superior for regulating your nervous system, mood, and sleep. The "theological healing" you are interested in likely refers to the profound psychological and spiritual sense of peace that comes from starting your day in harmony with the natural cycle of light.
Does this distinction between the morning "rhythm-setting" light and the midday "vitamin-producing" light help clarify how you might integrate this into your daily routine?

  • The devil knows the blessings that flow during every church service, so he whispers all kinds of excuses why you shouldn't go to church. In every service, God releases healing, peace, provision, and life. Do not yield to the devil's distractions —honor God with your presence, and receive what He has prepared for you.
Every service carries a blessing—show up and receive yours.

  • THIS IS TRUE!
After a generated image depicting a political leader as Jesus was removed, the political leader stated that he believed the picture showed him as a doctor next to a Red Cross worker and that is because he “makes people better.”

Even with this fumbled explanation, many people are missing a much deeper spiritual point.
Scripture already tells us who the true Physician is.

“Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick… For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” (Luke 5:31–32)

Jesus is the Great Physician — the healer of hearts, souls, and humanity itself.

“I am the Lord who heals you.” (Exodus 15:26)

No human leader, no political party, no government has ever been given that role or will be. Yet in recent years we have repeatedly seen imagery portraying political power in royal, priestly, or even sacred roles — a pope, a king on a throne, a national savior, a healer of the people. Whether meant as humor, exaggeration, instigation or symbolism, the pattern itself should make believers pause.

Because Scripture repeatedly warns us about the elevation of human leaders beyond their proper place.

“Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength.” (Jeremiah 17:5)

“Do not put your trust in princes, nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.” (Psalm 146:3)

The issue is not politics alone.
It is the human tendency to exalt leaders in ways that belong only to Christ.
Throughout history, God’s people have struggled with this. Israel once asked for a king so they could be like other nations. God’s response was sobering.

“They have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them.” (1 Samuel 8:7)

Whenever believers begin to look to human power as a source of national healing, moral revival, or spiritual restoration, we repeat this same mistake. Because the Bible is clear, the healing of the world will not come through political power.

“My kingdom is not of this world.” (John 18:36)

The deeper danger is spiritual blindness. When loyalty to political identity becomes stronger than loyalty to Christ, hypocrisy and confusion follow. Paul warned that deception in the last days would be powerful and persuasive.

“Let no one deceive you by any means.” (2 Thessalonians 2:3)

This is why Scripture constantly redirects our focus away from human saviors and back to Jesus.

“Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.” (Hebrews 12:2)

There is so much happening in the world today. Emotions are high, loyalties are strong, echo chambers are being set and opinions are loud. But followers of Christ must be careful not to let political identity replace spiritual discernment.

Only one King heals the world.
    Only one Savior redeems humanity.
Only one Physician can cure the sickness of sin.

And His kingdom is not built by human power.

    REMBER; Jeremiah 17:5-8 says;

    5. Thus says the Lord:

“Cursed is the man who trusts in man
    And makes flesh his strength,
Whose heart departs from the Lord.

    6. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert,
And shall not see when good comes,
But shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness,
In a salt land which is not inhabited.

    7. “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord.

    8. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
    And will not [b]fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit.

DAY 2 – THE CROSS AND GRACE Where mercy broke your chains

    #WorshipAndTheWord – Grace Flows From the Old Rugged Cross #OldRuggedCross #GeorgeBennard #AmazingGrace #MyChainsAreGone

The cross is not a symbol of defeat; it is the place where sin was judged and grace triumphed.
Jesus Christ bore sin in His body on the cross, taking the punishment we deserved. At Calvary, justice was not ignored; it was fully satisfied in the sacrifice of the Son of God. Grace is not sentimental softness. Grace is the holy mercy of God flowing through the wounds of Christ to save sinners completely.
Because Jesus died and rose again, the believer is no longer chained to guilt, shame, or the tyranny of the old life. Grace teaches us to turn from sin and live unto righteousness. The cross does not leave you where it found you. It forgives, cleanses, transforms, and calls you to walk free.

He Bore Our Sin and Sickness
Christ defeated sin, sickness and death on the cross.
    1 Peter 2:24 (NIV)
"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed."
Jesus carried your sin so that you might die to sin and live to righteousness, and walk in health and wholeness Spirit, Soul and Body

    Grace Brings Redemption
    Forgiveness comes through His blood.
    Ephesians 1:7 (NIV)
"In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace"
Your freedom is not earned; it was purchased by Christ.

    Grace Cancels Debt and Death
    Colossians 2:13–14 (BSB)
"And you, who were dead in your trespasses... God made alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This He set aside, nailing it to the cross."
Ephesians 2:4–5 "But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in our trespasses—it is by grace you have been saved."
Gal 2:20 - Crucified With Christ
Romans 6:6-7 - "We know that our old self was crucified with Him so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless, that we should no longer be slaves to sin. For anyone who has died has been set free from sin."
Romans 6:14 - "For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace."
2 Cor 5:17 - New Creations in Christ

    Beloved:
Do not romanticise the cross while refusing its power. Come honestly to Jesus. Lay down the secret burden, the hidden shame, the weary striving. The blood of Christ is sufficient. The grace of God is greater than your past.
Today is not for rehearsing old chains. Today is for walking in what Jesus has already won. Reject condemnation. Reject spiritual passivity. Reject every lie that says you are still bound where Christ has declared you free. Walk in Freedom - saved, healed and whole.

    Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for the cross of Christ and for the grace that has reached me through His sacrifice. Thank You that Jesus bore my sin and opened the way for full forgiveness and freedom.
I reject guilt, shame, condemnation, and every chain of the old life of sin and sickness. I receive the cleansing, healing, and transforming grace of God.
Holy Spirit, empower me to live in the victory of the cross, to turn from sin, and to walk in holiness, gratitude, and liberty.
I declare that I am redeemed by the blood of Jesus, forgiven by the mercy of God, and called to live free.
    In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

  • Urgent Appeal for Justice and Prayer – Nankana Incident

    Dear Brothers/Sisters,
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am writing with a heavy heart regarding a deeply tragic and disturbing incident reported from Village Wali Pur Bora, District Nankana. A young innocent Christian girl has been subjected to a brutal act of gang rape. This crime is not only انتہائی قابلِ مذمت but also a grave violation of human dignity and justice.
    The Holy Bible teaches us:
“The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.” (Psalm 9:9)
    and
“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.” (Proverbs 31:8)
In light of God’s Word, we strongly condemn this ظلم and stand in solidarity with the victim and her family. We humbly but firmly request the concerned authorities to take immediate and serious action—arrest the perpetrators without delay and ensure they receive strict punishment according to the law, so that justice may prevail and such evil acts may be prevented in the future.
We also call upon all believers and people of conscience to unite in prayer:
    “O Heavenly Father,
we bring this innocent child before You. Please cover her with Your healing and peace. Restore her broken heart, strengthen her family, and let Your justice flow like a river. Expose every ظلم, and let truth and righteousness prevail. Give us courage to stand for what is right and to be a voice for the voiceless. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
This is not just the pain of one family—it is the pain of humanity. Let us stand together for justice, protection, and the dignity of every human life.
We stand with the affected family and demand justice.

    Numbers 34

The Boundaries of Promise and God’s Faithfulness

Numbers 34 outlines the boundaries of the land that God is giving to Israel. This chapter marks a significant moment, as the promise first made to Abraham is now being clearly defined for the people. God is not vague about His promises—He establishes specific borders, showing that what He gives is intentional, measured, and secure.
The land is not something the people take for themselves; it is something God assigns. Leaders are appointed to oversee the division, ensuring that each tribe receives its inheritance according to God’s direction. This reinforces that the land belongs to the Lord, and He distributes it according to His will.

There is also a sense of order and structure throughout the chapter. The boundaries provide clarity, identity, and stability for the nation. Each tribe knows its place, not as a result of human decision, but because of God’s sovereign plan. The promise is not abstract—it becomes tangible and personal.

Theologically, Numbers 34 reveals God as the faithful promise-keeper. What He declared generations earlier is now being fulfilled with precision. It also points forward to a greater inheritance, not limited to land, but fulfilled in Christ. Through Him, believers receive an eternal inheritance that is secure and defined by God’s grace.

For believers today, this chapter reminds us that God’s promises are sure and trustworthy. He establishes boundaries and purposes for our lives with wisdom and care. In Christ, we are given an inheritance that cannot be shaken, and we are called to live with confidence, knowing that what God has promised, He will fulfill.

    Numbers 35

Justice, Mercy, and the Place of Refuge

Numbers 35 focuses on the cities given to the Levites and the establishment of cities of refuge. These cities serve as places of protection for those who have unintentionally caused harm, ensuring that justice is not driven by vengeance but by truth and discernment. God provides a system that upholds both justice and mercy, reflecting His perfect character.

The Levites are given cities among the tribes, emphasizing their role in spiritual leadership and service. Though they do not receive a large territorial inheritance, they are placed throughout the land, ensuring that the presence and instruction of God remain central among the people.

The cities of refuge stand as a powerful provision. They offer safety for those who are not guilty of intentional wrongdoing, while still maintaining accountability for those who are. This balance reveals that God does not overlook sin, but He also provides protection and grace where it is needed.

The chapter emphasizes the value of life and the seriousness of justice. Decisions are to be made carefully, based on truth and multiple witnesses. The land itself is not to be defiled by injustice, reinforcing that God’s presence among His people requires righteousness.

Theologically, Numbers 35 points clearly to Christ as our ultimate refuge. Just as the cities of refuge provided safety for those in need, Jesus provides salvation and protection for those who come to Him. In Him, justice is satisfied and mercy is extended, bringing both together perfectly.

For believers today, this chapter calls us to value justice, pursue truth, and extend mercy. It reminds us that God is both just and compassionate. In Christ, we find our refuge and security, and we are called to reflect His character by living with integrity and compassion in a broken world.

    Numbers 36

    Preserving Inheritance and God’s Order

Numbers 36 concludes the book by addressing a specific concern regarding inheritance within the tribes. The question arises about how to preserve the land allotted to each tribe when daughters inherit property. God provides a solution that ensures the inheritance remains within the tribe, maintaining the structure and order He has established.

This chapter may seem practical and specific, but it reflects a deeper principle: what God has given is to be preserved according to His design. The land is not just property; it is part of God’s covenant promise, and it is to be handled with care and obedience.

The response of the people shows a willingness to follow God’s instruction, demonstrating trust in His wisdom. There is a recognition that His ways are right, even in matters that require adjustment or sacrifice. Obedience is not burdensome but is part of living in alignment with God’s purposes.

As the book of Numbers closes, there is a sense of completion. The people are prepared to enter the land, and God’s instructions have been clearly given. The journey has been marked by both failure and faithfulness, yet through it all, God has remained steady and true to His promises.

Theologically, Numbers 36 highlights God’s order, faithfulness, and concern for preserving what He has established. It points forward to the greater inheritance found in Christ, which is not temporary or subject to change, but eternal and secure.

For believers today, this chapter reminds us to value what God has entrusted to us and to live in obedience to His design. In Christ, we have an inheritance that is everlasting, and we are called to steward our lives in a way that honors Him. As we follow His guidance, we walk in the security and purpose that come from His unchanging promises.

    John 9

Seeing the Light of the Son of God

John 9 centers on a man born blind, setting the stage for a powerful revelation of the Christ as the giver of both physical and spiritual sight. As Jesus encounters this man, the disciples focus on the cause of the blindness, looking for someone to blame. But the Christ redirects their thinking, revealing that this moment is not about assigning fault, but about displaying the works of God. The redemptive plan is not limited to explaining suffering, but uses it to reveal the glory and power of the Son of God.

Jesus then acts with intentional authority, bringing healing to the man in a way that requires obedience and response. The man receives his sight, marking a clear demonstration that the Christ has power over what is broken from birth. This miracle points beyond physical healing to a deeper truth—only the Son of God can open blind eyes, both physically and spiritually.

The healing quickly becomes a point of controversy. Those who knew the man struggle to reconcile what has happened. Some question whether he is truly the same person, while others are divided over how such a miracle could occur. The focus begins to shift from the miracle itself to the identity of the Christ.

The religious leaders investigate the situation, again focusing on the fact that the healing occurred on the Sabbath. Instead of recognizing the work of God, they attempt to discredit both the man and Jesus. The man, however, grows in boldness as he speaks about what has happened. Though he begins with limited understanding, his testimony becomes stronger and clearer as he continues to stand firm in what he has experienced.

As the pressure increases, the man refuses to deny the truth. He acknowledges that he was once blind and now sees, and he cannot ignore what the Christ has done. His simple yet powerful testimony exposes the unwillingness of the leaders to accept the truth. Their rejection is not due to lack of evidence, but because their hearts are hardened.

Eventually, the man is cast out, rejected for standing in truth. But the Christ seeks him out once again. This moment reveals the personal nature of the Son of God. He does not abandon those who stand for Him. Jesus then reveals Himself more fully, leading the man into not just physical sight, but true spiritual understanding and faith. The man responds with belief and worship, recognizing the Christ as the Son of God.

The chapter concludes with a clear contrast between spiritual blindness and true sight. Those who believe they see are shown to be blind because they reject the truth, while the one who was physically blind now sees clearly because he has encountered the Christ. The redemptive plan reveals that true sight is not about physical ability, but about recognizing and receiving the Son of God.

John 9 presents the Christ as the one who brings light into darkness, opens blind eyes, and leads people into true understanding. The miracle is not just about healing, but about revealing who He is and calling people to faith.

For believers today, this chapter calls us to walk in spiritual clarity and boldness. Christian living means recognizing what the Christ has done in our lives and standing firm in that truth, even when faced with opposition. We are reminded that true sight comes from knowing the Son of God, and that following Him may come with rejection from the world. Yet the Christ remains present, revealing Himself more fully to those who trust in Him and leading them into deeper faith and worship.
