  • This Verse Exposed My Productivity.... And Might Expose Yours Too

Let me ask you a straight question, especially as we retreating, praying and seeking direction.

Are you actually being diligent in your calling…
or just busy and calling it business?

I’ve been sitting with 2 Peter 1:1–11 lately, and one phrase keeps pressing on my heart. Peter doesn’t say “feel inspired.” He doesn’t say “stay motivated.” He says:

    > “Give all diligence…”
“Be even more diligent to make your calling and election sure…”

That word — diligence — is heavy. It’s intentional. And it’s uncomfortable.

    Because diligence is not noise.
It’s not activity for activity’s sake.
It’s not attending every meeting, praying about everything, and still avoiding the work God already assigned you

    Diligence is quiet obedience.

For kingdom business owners, this hits close to home. We can stay busy all day — posting, planning, praying, networking — and still be dodging the one thing God asked us to execute.

    We spiritualize delay.

We rename fear as “waiting on God.”

    We confuse movement with progress.

But Peter ties diligence directly to calling.

    Not talent.
    Not anointing.
    Not intention.

Calling is made sure through consistent, focused application to what God has already revealed.

Diligence doesn’t ask, “What else can I add?”
It asks, “What am I neglecting?”

It shows up when no one is clapping.
    It completes what excitement started.
    It stays when motivation leaves.

And here’s the part that sobers me:
Diligence is proof of honor. When we are diligent, we are saying to God, “What You gave me matters.”

    So pause and reflect:

Are you being diligent with the assignment in front of you?

Or are you busy rearranging your calendar to avoid obedience?

If heaven reviewed your next 90 days, would it see fruit… or just motion?

Peter’s words remind us that growth in the Kingdom is not accidental. It is deliberate.

    And the good news?
There’s still time — not for hype, but for diligence.

Not to start ten new things.
But to finish what God already told you to do.

    My name is Samson Ishaya,
On a mission to raise Kingdom business leaders for global impact.

  • Hey, dear friend !!! God also loves it when YOU have goals in life.

    I know you're a builder, a creator, a visionary.

You see a future that doesn't exist yet, and you feel called to build it.

But then that voice creeps in…

    “Is this ambition godly?”

    “Am I being selfish?”

“Should I just be content and not rock the boat?”

Sound familiar? It’s time to clear the air.

God is not against your goals. He’s the one who gave you the drive to have them

Think about it: every medical breakthrough, every world-changing technology, every solution to a massive problem started with a God-given dream in someone’s heart.

Even Jesus’ own disciples had this same ambition. They literally argued about who would be the greatest in the Kingdom.

    And what did Jesus do?

    He didn’t shut them down.

He didn’t say, “How dare you ask that!

He didn't tell them their desire was wrong.

He simply redirected the how. He validated the desire for greatness and showed them the path to achieve it.

Your desire for more—for impact, for influence, for a business that changes things—isn’t a bug; it’s a feature. It’s the engine God placed inside you.

    So let's get this straight:

    If you’re dreaming big—DON’T STOP.

If you’re not dreaming big, it’s time to get a God-sized vision.

If you want more, stop feeling bad about it.

You were designed to deliver results.

So, How Do We Make It Happen?

How do you turn that God-sized vision into a reality? It’s not about working harder; it’s about operating differently.

    1) Get Your Unfair Advantage: It starts with daily time in your "Tent of Meeting"—that sacred space where you get strategy and clarity directly from God. (You’ve already had a taste of how powerful this is.)

    2) Upgrade Your Environment: You can’t reach a new level with an old mindset. Immerse yourself in a community of like-minded kings who sharpen and support you.

    3) Execute with Power: Find the practical tools and the accountable structure to stop planning and start building. No more ideas stuck in your notebook.

It’s time to build in this kingdom, without apologizing for your ambition.

  • This very separation is what keeps believers small.

Yet every billionaire, every world-changing leader, every high-impact entrepreneur understands a crucial truth:

They don’t chase money—they create value so powerful that money chases them.
The problem is, most believers were never taught this principle.

Instead, we were trained to compartmentalize “faith” in one box and “business” in another.

One is sacred, the other secular. One is holy, the other merely “hustle.”
This divide keeps Kingdom people broke, burned out, and boxed in.

But what if you flipped the script?

What if your faith and your work were never meant to be separated… but seamlessly integrated?

What if your business is your ministry?

And your ministry is your business?

What if God designed you to prosper holistically—both financially and spiritually?

    That is the secret.

  • I Was Born for This!

When you declare, “I was born to do this,” you are not merely speaking—you are invoking a cosmic truth that shatters the illusion of randomness. You are confessing three radical, almost dangerous realities:

    1. BORN – The Divine Imprint

To say you were born is to acknowledge that your existence is no accident. Before time began, God—the ultimate Architect—knit you together in the hidden place, threading your DNA with intention. He ordained the exact millisecond of your first breath, the precise alignment of stars on the day you arrived. Samson Ishaya did not happen on December 27, 1989—he was placed there. You are not a biological fluke; you are a deliberate act of creation.

I wonder, if you were designed, then by whose hand? And if by His, what does that make you—a passive bystander, or a weapon forged for purpose?

    2. TO – The Grand Positioning

The preposition “to” is a seismic word—it means you were pre-placed. Your life, your struggles, your gifts, even your darkest moments, were all part of a sovereign blueprint. You did not stumble into this era, this body, this calling by chance. You were stationed here.

Consider this: If you were strategically positioned, then your battles, your blessings, even your boredom, are not arbitrary. They are preparation. The question is not “Why me?” but “For what?”

    3. DO – The Mandate of Fire

Do is the ignition. A calling is not a decorative title—it is a command to move. To say you were born to do something is to admit you are under divine orders. Moses was born to deliver. Esther was born to defy. You were born to act.

Here’s the challenge: If you truly believe you were made for this, then why are you still debating that idea? Destiny is not a theory—it is a fight. Either you rise to your making, or you betray it with silence.

To say “I was born for this” is to reject the lie of meaninglessness. It is to declare that something—Someone—pre-thought you, shaped you, and is now summoning you to live it out.

So I ask you: If you were born for this… what are you waiting for?

The universe is holding its breath. Will you do it?

  • Your Brand Story Is Your Testimony

As a Kingdom entrepreneur, your business isn’t just about products or services—it’s about purpose. Your brand story is more than marketing; it’s your divine testimony of how God has shaped your journey. When you share it authentically, you don’t just attract customers—you inspire faith.

    Why Your Story Matters?

The Bible is filled with testimonies—David’s victory over Goliath, Esther’s courage, Paul’s transformation—each proving God’s power. Your story carries that same potential. People connect with real struggles, breakthroughs, and God’s faithfulness more than polished sales pitches.

How to Craft Your God-Centered Brand Story:

Start With Your "Why" – What divine calling led you to this business? (Ex: "I started this bakery after God healed my anxiety—now I bake hope into every cake.")

Highlight the Turning Point – Share the moment faith changed your direction. Did prayer lead to your first client? Did God provide miraculously?

Show, Don’t Just Tell – Use visuals (like a short video) of you praying over your work or serving customers with love.

Invite Others Into the Journey – End with a question: "How has God written your story?" to spark conversations.

The Impact of a Testimony-Driven Brand

Builds Trust – People support businesses with soul.

Attracts Divine Connections – Your story will resonate with the right clients.

Glorifies God – It’s not about you—it’s about pointing to Him.

Your Challenge: Share Your Story This Week

Post a reel, write a LinkedIn article, or simply tell one customer how faith shaped your business. Watch how God uses your testimony to open doors!

"They overcame by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony." (Revelation 12:11)

  • A Fresh Start: August – A Month of Intentionality for Kingdom Business Owners

August is more than just a turn of the calendar—it’s a divine reset, a chance to refocus your business on what truly matters. As Kingdom entrepreneurs, we’re not just building businesses; we’re stewarding God’s vision.

This month, let’s operate with bold faith and intentionality, inviting God into every decision, strategy, and client interaction.

    Seek First, Succeed Best

Jesus said, "Seek first the Kingdom of God, and all these things will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). Before chasing profits, metrics, or trends, our priority must be alignment with Heaven’s purpose. When God is at the centre, our businesses thrive beyond mere transactions—they become vessels for His glory.

4 Practical Ways to Bring God Into Your Business

    1) Start with Surrender – Dedicate the first 10 minutes of your workday to prayer. Ask God for wisdom, favour, and divine connections.

    2) Make Kingdom-Driven Decisions – Before signing contracts or launching products, ask: "Does this honour God and serve His people?"

    3) Build Faith-Fueled Partnerships – Connect with other Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs. Iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17).

    4) Give Generously – Whether through tithing, mentoring, or blessing clients, generosity unlocks God’s provision (Luke 6:38).

Your August Challenge: A 31-Day Faith Reset

Week 1: Pray over your business finances.

Week 2: Audit your messaging—does it reflect Kingdom values?

Week 3: Bless a client or employee unexpectedly.

Week 4: Set a God-centered goal for September.

    My Prayer for Your Business!!

This month, expect divine appointments, supernatural favour, and renewed passion. When you put God first, He handles the rest.

    Let's keep winning.

    Genesis 41 Breakdown:

From prisoner to prime minister in one divine moment.
Interpreting dreams wasn’t just insight—it was innovation.
His stewardship didn’t just save Egypt—it built an empire.

    Betrayal → Preparation → Promotion

Faithfulness in Small Things – Even in prison, Joseph managed with excellence.
Divine Insight – He didn’t just see the famine—he solved it.

  • Not Every Idea Is a Kingdom Assignment

As an emerging entrepreneur, you're likely brimming with ideas—some brilliant, others... not so much. But here’s the truth: Not every idea is a "Kingdom assignment."
Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should. Chasing every opportunity can drain your focus, resources, and energy. Instead, ask yourself:

Does this align with my core mission?
Will this move me closer to my long-term vision?
Is this truly where my passion and purpose meet?

Successful entrepreneurship isn’t about doing everything—it’s about doing the right things. Steve Jobs famously said, "Innovation is saying no to a thousand things." Your ability to discern, focus, and execute on what truly matters will set you apart.

So before jumping into that next shiny idea, pause. Reflect. Is this a distraction or a destiny-mover? Your time is your most valuable asset—spend it wisely.

Your turn: How do you decide which ideas to pursue? Share your strategy below!

  • Some say Jesus had no business experience. I completely disagree.

Jesus wasn’t just a preacher—He was a strategic leader who operated with clarity, multiplication, and management.

He raised teams, handled resources, communicated with vision, and taught using real marketplace principles.

To me, that’s entrepreneurship at the highest level.

Do YOU think Jesus was a businessman? Why or why not? Be honest—I want to hear your view

  • I once went 62 days without a client… and almost quit.
But what God taught me in that quiet season became the foundation of what I do today.
What has God taught you through a dry or quiet season in your business journey?

  • What If Birthday Celebrations Meant More Than Cake, Studio Photos and Wishes?
    .
    _____
    .
Every single day, my Facebook feed pops up, fills with the same birthday scenes—frosted Wishes, photo collages, and well-meaning “HBD” comments. And every year, a quiet question tugs at me:

    Is this all there is?

Can the way we celebrate life—especially milestones—be more intentional, more moving, more meaningful?

That question lingered for years. Until one day, inspiration hit. I scribbled down an idea that lit me up inside—a fresh way to celebrate that went beyond the surface. I could see it. Feel it.

But then came the wall: I needed another developer than myself. The estimates? At least $1,500 per month from Upwork, for several months. Just like that, the dream slipped back into the shadows—too expensive, too soon, too much.
    But here’s the twist.

That idea didn’t die. It waited. And now—thanks to no-code tools and AI—it’s waking up again. No massive team. No draining budget. Just vision, tools, and faith.
If you’ve ever shelved a dream because the numbers didn’t add up… I get it. But don’t count it out just yet. Sometimes, the thing you thought was out of reach just needed time to mature and meet the right moment.
    Let’s Talk:

Have you ever pressed pause on a dream because it felt too big or too expensive?

If you could reinvent birthday celebrations, what would you make them mean?

How has technology helped you revive an old idea?

Drop your thoughts below—I’d love to hear your story. And hey… stay close. Something is coming from this little desk!

What if the way we celebrate could change forever? hmmm

  • Faith Doesn’t Ignore Reality—It Rewrites It

Let’s be real: Entrepreneurship is HARD. Cash flow struggles. Client droughts. Competition. The weight of uncertainty.
The world tells you: "Face the facts. Be realistic."
But God whispers: "Face Me—and watch reality shift."
    Faith Isn’t Denial—It’s Dominion
No, faith isn’t pretending problems don’t exist. True faith stares down impossibilities and declares a higher truth.

Noah built an ark before rain existed.
David ran toward Goliath while seasoned soldiers hid.
Jesus thanked God for Lazarus’ resurrection while he was still in the tomb.
They didn’t ignore reality—they rewrote it through obedience.
How This Plays Out in Business

    When finances look bleak:
Reality says: "Cut back, panic, quit."
Faith says: "I sow strategically, trust God’s provision, and innovate."
    When competitors outshine you:
Reality says: "You’re too small to win."
Faith says: "My unique anointing attracts divine connections."
    When burnout knocks:

    Reality says: "Grind harder."
Faith says: "I rest like Elijah—then outrun chariots." (1 Kings 18:46)
    The Key? Faith-Fueled Action
    Faith isn’t passive. It’s BELIEF + MOVEMENT:
Pray like it’s all on God—then work like it’s all on you.
Speak scripture over your biz—then execute with excellence.
Declare abundance—then handle money with wisdom.

    Your Challenge Today

Identify ONE area where "reality" is intimidating you.
Now rewrite the narrative with God’s promises.
"I don’t have enough" → "My God supplies ALL needs." (Phil 4:19)
"This industry is oversaturated" → "I’m called to set trends, not follow them."
Faith isn’t a magic trick—it’s a Kingdom strategy. The Red Sea didn’t split until Moses stretched out his hand. Your breakthrough won’t either.

Drop a if you’re rewriting reality this week!
P.S. Struggling to "see" your next step? DM me "FAITH"—I’ll send you 3 scriptures to declare over your business!
