Eccl 8:5-6
5 Whoever obeys his command will come to no harm, and the wise heart will know the proper time and procedure. 6 For there is a proper time and procedure for every matter, though a man's misery weighs heavily upon him.

The word of God is the ultimate truth. It is eternal and cannot be reversed or changed. Whatever God says stands forever. It cannot be revoked or set aside. God is not a respecter of persons. His word is to be obeyed by all. We are expected to pattern our lives in accordance with the word of God.
Ps 89:34
34 I will not violate my covenant or alter what my lips have uttered.

To stay connected to God, one must accept the word of God as the final authority on every subject and obeyed completely. God will not violate His covenant or alter what His lips has uttered – God stands by what He says. He says only what He means and means everything He says. Each time God speaks, his integrity is at stake. He is mindful of it and makes sure that what He says comes to pass. As a result, we must take His word seriously and obey Him completely.
Isa 45:23
23 By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear.

Your whole duty is to embrace the truth of God’s word and never live your life contrary to it in all things and at all times. If you break the scriptures it will break you. If you prove stubborn you will be destroyed by it.
Prov 13:13
13 He who scorns instruction will pay for it, but he who respects a command is rewarded.

Live by the word of God to stay connected to God the Father, Jesus the Lord, your Pastor and the brethren.
I pray that your heart will forever be open to God’s word and that you will stand where God is standing, saying what God is saying and never shift position in Jesus name.
