1 Corinthians 13:7 tells us love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. That "always" covers the days you don't feel like it, the days you’re annoyed, and the days you’d rather just be right than be kind.
1 Peter 4:8 says love "covers a multitude of sins." It’s not about finding someone perfect; it’s about choosing to see past the mess and loving them anyway.
1 John 4:19 gives us the secret: "We love because He first loved us." We aren't naturally great at this! We are selfish, moody, and human. We only get better at loving because God keeps loving us through our own disasters.
Real love is just choosing to show up. It’s the apology, the patience, and the grace you offer when you’d rather hold a grudge. It’s not about being flawless; it’s about being faithful.
