Matthew 28:20b NIV And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Good morning and praise God. I hope you're having a good day. Do you remember these words of God to Joshua? Joshua 1:9 NIV Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” God spoke to Joshua at a time when Joshua was now taking over leadership from Moses who was now dead. God must have seen the fear in Joshua. It was not an easy journey ahead just as it had not been easy before and Joshua had witnessed it all. The Israelites were obstinate people. However, God comforted and encouraged Joshua by reminding him that He will be with Him. Jesus used similar words to disciples when He commissioned them to spread Gospel. These are same words that God is encouraging us with this morning. He is with us and will be with us to the end. Probably you've been wondering how you'll make it. How you'll do it. God says He is with you, don't be afraid. All we need is to trust God's Word and grow our faith in Him. Reading God's Word tell us about people who conquered not because there were no challenges beyond their strength but because God was with them and them with God. Great victory belongs to us children of God. Hebrews 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. God loves you, have a blessed day. Shalom.
