Faith validates Grace while doubt erraces Grace. You can't claim to find Grace when everything about you speaks doubt. Faith is also made valid by Conviction, by Confession, and by Commitment. Apostle Paul speaking says, "I am persuaded that nothing shall separate me from the love of Christ," this is faith. He spoke from a convinced mind. David said "my mind is fixed," this is faith. Once you become persuaded and your mind becomes fixed about God and His righteousness (Christ), faith has be established and Grace becomes available. Faith must be confessed and must be committed to. It is only by confession and by Commitment that you show you have faith. Faith that is not spoken out is inactive and Faith that doesn't work is definitely dead as scripture puts it.
