Godly Contentment is another virtue that validates Grace. I remember vividly that it is stated in the Bible that "let your conversation be without conveteousness, and be contented with what you have," so you can proudly say the Lord is my helper. You can't claim to be saved and not practice contentment. Contentment is appreciating what you have and consider it enough even if it is little or of no value or beauty. God is not saying live on less but there are times the much you have is exulsted and now have very little to live on. You have to be content. Don't love God only when you have much, also love Him when you have so little to cope with. Contentment plays a vital role in maintaining Grace. Salvation is one of those things that validates Grace. You can't claim to find Grace when you're not saved. The Salvation of your soul is what comfirm the Grace of God upon your life. Salvation is the act of being saved from the wretching situations of life and preserved unto eternal life. And grace plays a vital role on this. The grace of God that found you is meant to save you and if you don't want to be saved, you will lost that same grace and may be lost forever if you refuse to change. Righteousness, Sanctification, Perfection in Christ is what leads to Salvation. When the Bible declares that God gives grace to the humble but resists the proud, this is what it made clear. Humility is in definition submission or loyalty; it is your ability to bring yourself under subjection to obey and to serve without questioning, grudges, or hesitation. To really please God, a man must be humble, submitted, or loyal to God. when God is pleased he gives Grace without reservation. Faith validates Grace while doubt erraces Grace. You can't claim to find Grace when everything about you speaks doubt. Faith is also made valid by Conviction, by Confession, and by Commitment. Apostle Paul speaking says, "I am persuaded that nothing shall separate me from the love of Christ," this is faith. He spoke from a convinced mind. David said "my mind is fixed," this is faith. Once you become persuaded and your mind becomes fixed about God and His righteousness (Christ), faith has be established and Grace becomes available. Faith must be confessed and must be committed to. It is only by confession and by Commitment that you show you have faith. Faith that is not spoken out is inactive and Faith that doesn't work is definitely dead as scripture puts it.
