When young Jesus said "...knew ye not that I must be about my Father's business" [LUKE.2:49] It got me thinking!
How could I distinguish HIS BUSINESS from MY BUSYNESS? I asked myself. Because the last time I checked, When Moses was sent to free the Israelites from the Egyptian bondage to worship the LORD these were the exact words of Pharaoh, "...they be IDLE...Let there more work be laid upon the men, that they may labour therein, and let them not regard VAIN WORDS." [EXODUS.5:1-9]
In others words, Pharaoh, the god of this world has away of keeping us BUSY from SCRIPTURES! Then it dawned on me that his BUSY means:
Being
Under
Satan's
Yoke!
How gracious it is that we are yoked to the one whose yoke is easy and burden light.
