  • Lack of Self Control
Most of my friends and family struggle to find the willpower to overcome a deception that is slowly destroying their health.
That deception is this: “I can eat whatever I want, whenever I want — and God doesn’t care.”
It is a mindset that not only keeps them sick, but also leads, over time, to the breakdown of the body. True freedom requires recognizing that how we care for our body is deeply spiritual — and that neglecting it comes at a cost.
Your body is the temple of God: 1 Corinthians 3:17 If any man defiles the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
Is your belly controlling you: Philippians 3:19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly.

  • Do You Eat What you Should?
Most people I know are deceived and complacent when it comes to what we should eat.
Adam and Eve disobeyed God by eating the **forbidden fruit** from the **Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil**. This event is recorded in **Genesis 3:1-13**. Here is a summary:
Genesis 2:16-17 – God commands Adam not to eat from the tree, warning that doing so would lead to death.
Genesis 3:1-6 – The serpent deceives Eve, convincing her that eating the fruit will make her like God. She eats it and gives some to Adam.
Genesis 3:7-13 – After eating the fruit, Adam and Eve realize they are naked and hide from God. When confronted, Adam blames Eve, and Eve blames the serpent.

"Let’s be honest — most of us know when we’re eating something unhealthy. But the cravings for processed, sugary, or fatty foods can mimic the addictive patterns we see with dangerous substances, making them incredibly hard to resist."

The same deceiver Adam and Eve faced in their life, is here today influencing our lives.

  • THE FIRST FOUR CENTURIES OF CHRISTIANITY
Christian History and Tradition: A Diverging Path
You may be familiar with modern Christian traditions, but do you know what happened in the fourth century that drastically reshaped Christianity into what we recognize today?
While both traditional Christianity and historical scholarship affirm Jesus' central message— “Love one another”—the path from his teachings to modern doctrine was anything but straightforward.
The New Testament recounts the life and ministry of Jesus, followed by the work of Paul, the Apostle to the Gentiles. Yet, from the very beginning, their messages were shaped by divisions in religion, tradition, and the emergence of proto-orthodoxy—the early form of Christianity that existed in the second and third centuries before formalized doctrines and institutions took hold. Proto-orthodoxy laid the foundation for what would become orthodox Christianity, but during that time, there was no single, unified belief system.
At the heart of Jesus’ teachings was love—a principle that, he taught, would fulfill the law of God. Scholars agree that Jesus sought to refine and improve the Jewish faith of his family, challenging traditions that prioritized religious authority over compassion and justice.
Understanding this historical evolution offers deeper insight into how Christianity developed—and how its core message of love continues to endure.
The evolution from proto-orthodoxy to orthodoxy was a gradual process that unfolded over the first few centuries of Christianity. Here's an overview:
    1. Proto-Orthodoxy (1st–3rd Century):
o Proto-orthodox Christianity emerged as a dominant form of belief among early Christians, distinguishing itself from other groups like Gnostics and Marcionites.
o It emphasized the authority of apostolic teachings, the divinity of Jesus, and the importance of a unified Church.
o Early proto-orthodox leaders, such as Ignatius of Antioch, defended these beliefs and opposed what they considered heretical views.
    2. Consolidation of Beliefs:
o Proto-orthodox Christians began to define their beliefs more clearly, often in response to challenges from other Christian sects.
o Key writings, such as the letters of Paul and the Gospels, were recognized as authoritative, forming the foundation of the New Testament canon.
    3. Transition to Orthodoxy (4th Century):
o The Council of Nicaea in 325 CE marked a turning point, as it established a formal creed (the Nicene Creed) to unify Christian doctrine.
o The Roman Empire's adoption of Christianity under Emperor Constantine provided political and institutional support for orthodox beliefs.
    4. Orthodoxy Established:
o By the late 4th century, orthodox Christianity had become the dominant form of the faith, with heretical groups marginalized or suppressed.
o The Church continued to refine its doctrines through subsequent councils and theological debates.
This journey from proto-orthodoxy to orthodoxy was shaped by theological disputes, political developments, and the efforts of early Church leaders to preserve what they saw as the true faith.

  • You may not know it, but you need me.
Where else have you heard how to prevent and reverse most diseases?

Like Jesus who stood against false traditions of men I too stand against false traditions of men. Jesus loved God more than his religion, and many people who love God assume their denomination is good when it excludes all other denominations.

Instead of helping you grow your relationship with God many denominations prefer that you need them, in order to understand and get closer to God, which is exactly the type of people Jesus stood against, calling them hypocrites and vipers. Look this up, I would not make up something sacrilegious, or immoral, because I do not want to sin against God or anyone else.

If you want to shorten your life or follow false traditions of men go ahead, if it makes you happy go for it, but diseases due to an unhealthy diet are your fault, so, please don’t go begging God to heal you if you are not willing to overcome the little god in your gut. It is your choice whom you serve.

I prefer to conquer my addictions and cravings. I prefer to live a long healthy life free from diseases, but I do understand how hard it is to conquer addictions and cravings. Due to too many carbs, starches, and sugars in my diet I experienced a keto-flu this morning, after fasting for 36 hours.

The "keto flu" refers to a set of flu-like symptoms that some people experience when they start a ketogenic (low-carb, high-fat) diet, or fasting. These symptoms occur as the body transitions from using glucose (from carbs) to burning fat for energy, a state known as ketosis. This shift can cause temporary discomfort as the body adapts.
Common symptoms of keto flu include:
    • Fatigue and weakness
    • Headaches
    • Nausea or upset stomach
    • Irritability or mood swings
    • Difficulty concentrating ("brain fog")
    • Muscle cramps or soreness
These symptoms typically last a few days to a week but can vary depending on the individual. Staying hydrated, replenishing electrolytes (like sodium, potassium, and magnesium), and gradually reducing carb intake can help ease the transition. Let me know if you'd like tips on managing keto flu!

Sugar Withdrawal is Serious, do not take it lightly. The reason people no longer fast in the Christian religion, is fasting is a quick way to feel the effects referred to as keto-flu.

Did you learn a valuable lesson? I hope so. I pray that all who read this will live a long healthy life free from disease. You can do it if I can. I have failed many times in the last six years, but I will not give up, I will continue to try and be a better man, and good example to those I love, and a friend to all I can.

Have an abundant life, it is what Jesus wanted us to have.

  • I lost 45 lbs. six years ago and have kept it off ever since. Recently, I lost another 13 lbs. in just 5 weeks! Over the past 6 years, I've dedicated myself to studying and practicing effective weight loss strategies. While the journey had its ups and downs, I'm thrilled with the results. Why wouldn't anyone want to learn how to lose weight easily, quickly, and safely?

  • Why Most Christians are Sick and Dying
    Little Known Prophecy:
Genesis 6:3 “their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”

Why Christians do not live to 120:
You got sick because of IGNORANCE OF THE TRUTH; you can no longer use ignorance as an excuse.
James 4:17 “Therefore to him that knoweth to do good and do it not, to him it is SIN.”
Philippians 3:19 “Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly.”
James 5:1 “Weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.”
If you have one of the top ten diseases, you got it from the American Diet.
How Christians can Reverse Most Diseases
2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (and diseases).

Conquer your belly and become a vegan:
We were created to live in a garden, to eat raw fruits and vegetable.
“Thou shalt not kill,” makes you responsible when others kill so you can eat. You are guilty of killing and it is unnecessary. Killing animals was the result of sin in the Adam and Eve story. They realized they were naked, and clothes were made from animal skins.
Later animals were sacrificed for their sins, but there is no longer a need for sacrificing animals since Jesus gave his life for all sinners.

Christians have threatened me and shunned me because of the things I say and post, and I am not sorry for obeying my conscience. Just because you do not like what I say does not make it false.
I try to love everyone but just ask any good parent and they will tell you discipline is important. In some families any adult could discipline your children if they thought it was necessary. Today it is the parents who need to be disciplined, and that discipline comes in the form of major diseases.

Repent of your sins, old things, like unhealthy food will pass away and you will live or could live to be 120.

  • Doctors Only Know What They Were Taught
Our medical system which includes Education, Hospitals, and Pharmaceutical’s evolved over time. There are various conspiracy theories about our medical system, one popular theory suggests that the Rockefeller family played a significant role in shaping modern medicine. According to this theory, John D. Rockefeller, through the Rockefeller Foundation, had played a major role in medical education, hospitals, and pharmaceuticals during the early 20th century. The theory claims that this was done to control and profit from the healthcare industry. I am not claiming that theory is right or wrong, but I would be interested in proof of the conspiracy, if anyone has that please share it with me.

It is obvious that our medical system, including education, hospitals, and pharmaceuticals, are for-profit organization, but that does not make them evil or corrupt. They have always claimed that the excessive cost was due to the high cost of research, which is why one prescription can cost hundreds of dollars, putting it out of reach to those who lack Cadillac insurance coverage like our politicians enjoy, or is this another conspiracy theory?

Socialized medicine may not be the perfect solution, but neither is the for–profit system we currently have. Hopefully the Trump Administration will help solve this problem. Trump destroyed Obamacare his first term promising he would create something better, and he had four years to do that, but he did not, perhaps he will make good on that promise this term.

I have conquered my addictions to sugar and unhealthy food, but it took six agonizing years to accomplish that goal. It wasn’t until I began fasting that I understood how, then it dawned on me that if I could go without eating for a few days I could go without eating unhealthy food. The solution for me, if it is not healthy just do not eat until I find something that is healthy. I am not in charge of my gut, my gut is no longer in charge of me.

  • The Bible is Without Error
Is a tradition that is based on false interpretations of the Bible. The Bible is not wrong on this issue the interpretation is. Jesus did not focus on the accuracy of the Old Testament, or the books he likely studied when he was growing up, he focused on the stories and messages, some prophetic. What is more important accuracy of a book or prophecies?

The message of the books before Jesus, those he may have read, were studied by Paul and we know this because they got their philosophies from them, and it turns out a lot of those prophesies have been handed down for thousands of years before the Bible was written.

The first five books of Moses were written by Noah, but some of those stories can be read in several older books. That is not a bad thing that should intrigue you, it does me. Our creator’s stories go back to the oldest known writing on earth written on clay tablets inscribed with cuneiform script, written by the Sumerians of Mesopotamia.

Although Moses did not write he got his stories from the Sumerians explicitly he did talk about them. The Bible mentions Sumer in Genesis 10:10 and 11:2, and the city of Ur is mentioned as the birthplace of Abraham. As I said before so say I again, the Sumerians were an ancient civilization that lived in southern Mesopotamia, the Bible story is their story. This is amazing information and it gets even more intriguing. Turns out the Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic languages all have a number associated with each letter. In a book called “The God Code” by Gregg Braden, if we use the periodic table (all the elements of life) number, associated with each element, and the first genes in every sequence of our DNA, it spells out “God Within Us.” WOW, what if he is correct? He claims, it spells out the message in all three of those languages. He and a team of researchers are looking for more messages written to un in our DNA.

The moral of the story or the message of the story is important not a false tradition.

  • Which Jewish Sect Was Jesus A Member Of?
A sect is a subgroup within a larger religious, political, or philosophical tradition that has distinct beliefs or practices that set it apart from the main group.

During the time of Jesus, there were several prominent Jewish sects, each with distinct beliefs and practices. Here are the main ones:

The Bible does not say which sect Jesus was a member of, and it only mentions the Pharisees and Sadducees. However, there are some scholars who believe Jesus was a member of the Essenes, because he had more in common with them than the others.

Here is a list of all the sects during the time of Jesus.
Pharisees: Known for their strict adherence to Jewish law and traditions, the Pharisees emphasized ritual purity and the oral law. They believed in the resurrection of the dead and the existence of angels.

Sadducees: This sect consisted mainly of the priestly and aristocratic classes. They rejected the oral law and focused on the written Torah. The Sadducees denied the resurrection, the existence of angels, and the existence of spirits.

Essenes: A monastic group that lived in communal, ascetic communities, often in the desert. They practiced ritual purity, celibacy, and daily prayers. The Essenes are often associated with the Dead Sea Scrolls.

Zealots: A revolutionary group that sought to overthrow Roman rule in Judea through armed rebellion. They were known for their fervent nationalism and willingness to use violence for their cause.

Which sect participated in the revolt?
The Zealots and Sicarii were the primary Jewish sects that participated in the First Jewish-Roman War (66-73 CE). The Zealots were known for their strong opposition to Roman rule and their willingness to use violence to achieve their goals. The Sicarii, a more radical offshoot of the Zealots, were infamous for their stealthy assassinations of Romans and their sympathizers.

These groups played a significant role in the revolt, contributing to the widespread resistance against the Roman occupation. The conflict ultimately led to the destruction of the Second Temple and significant loss of life.

    Who were the Sicarii?
The Sicarii were a radical offshoot of the Zealots, known for their violent tactics during the First Jewish-Roman War (66-73 CE). Here are some key points about them:

Name Origin: The name "Sicarii" comes from the Latin word "sica," meaning "dagger." They carried small daggers concealed in their cloaks and used them to assassinate their targets.

Tactics: They targeted Roman officials and Jewish collaborators, often blending into crowds at public gatherings to carry out their attacks and then disappearing to avoid detection.

Notable Actions: The Sicarii were involved in several high-profile assassinations, including that of the High Priest Jonathan and a massacre of 700 Jewish women and children at Ein Gedi.

Historical Accounts: Much of what is known about the Sicarii comes from the writings of the Jewish historian Josephus, who documented their activities in his works "Antiquities of the Jews" and "The Jewish War".

Mass Suicide at Masada: The Sicarii are also known for their last stand at Masada, where they reportedly committed mass suicide rather than surrender to the Romans.

The Sicarii's extreme methods and their role in the Jewish revolt made them one of the most infamous groups of their time.

Which Jewish Sect Was Jesus A Member Of? A sect is a subgroup within a larger religious, political, or philosophical tradition that has distinct beliefs or practices that set it apart from the main group. During the time of Jesus, there were several prominent Jewish sects, each with distinct beliefs and practices. Here are the main ones: The Bible does not say which sect Jesus was a member of, and it only mentions the Pharisees and Sadducees. • Christianity is a religion created by humans. Jesus started his ministry to improve human conditions because religion was focused on the laws of Moses and the Prophets, rather than on what was best for people. People who wanted to worship God wrote what they felt inspired to write. God gave us a conscience from birth so we could know right from wrong. Some Christians believe they only received this ability when they were born again, but most would not have had that experience unless God was already speaking to their conscience. This means God was communicating with them before they were born again. I'm not saying they didn't need to be born again; I'm saying their problem was not listening to God. If someone lives their life as they choose, they are not living it the way God wants. The born-again experience resets their thinking and focuses them on God instead of themselves.

Many Christian denominations were established based on individual interpretations of the Bible. The Roman Emperor Constantine asked or demanded Christian leaders to unite and form a single denomination, resulting in the creation of the Roman Catholic Church. The Protestant Movement was started by Martin Luther, who protested against the Catholic Church with his 95 Theses (theory). The Baptist Church was started by John Smyth. The Methodist Church was started by John Wesley.

My point is that Christianity, like many religions, was shaped by human interpretation, whether inspired or not is up for debate. It raises the question of where their inspiration came from and highlights that sometimes what we believe to be divine guidance might later prove to be misguided. Have you ever thought you were doing the right thing and later realized it was wrong? If you are a Christian, you can say you are inspired to do the right thing all of the time, but that does not keep you from making mistakes.

Based on all of the above, could the men who founded our denominations have been wrong? I am not saying Christianity is wrong, but I am saying denominations are, they all exclude all others, or only include those who are members. Where is the love one another in exclusion?

  • I have not asked for prayer for advanced coronary artery disease because it is my fault I am in this shape, and unless I am going to do what I know I need to do I will not ask. God is not my Jeanie in the bottle waiting to grant my wishes, while I live like a sinner. “To him that knows to do good and does it not is sin,” and I know what it takes to reverse heart disease and I was only getting close to what I should be doing, but it requires all or nothing.

Our diet can heal us or it can kill us and the choice is up to us. For many such as myself we cannot afford to straddle the fence, or we will die leaving many healthy decades on the table. I truly believe we will live to be 120 years old within the next two decades. Once we start raising our kids like they do in Japan, only better, then those children will have that chance, but most people are killing their kid’s future health, and it begins before they are one.

I only ate vegan Indian meals for a few months, and I made a two-mile hike. I have been eating vegetarian meals locally and I am closer to death than I have ever been. Pray for my mental state and that God will reduce all other stress in my life. Pray for God to give me another chance to do better, but do not pray for God to heal me.

I overcame narcotic and nicotine addiction over thirty years ago, I must eat greens up to six times a day and very little else, I am that bad off, but that is on me. In the book Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease that is what is recommended for people like me, and many have reversed the disease completely, so I know it can be done. I added six years to my life by becoming a vegetarian, but it will not reverse the disease.

My chest hurt so bad today for so long my whole-body aches. If you do not think the American diet is that bad you are deceived. I do think I will survive and I will do what it takes from now on, but just in case I am wrong I want everyone to know I am ready to go, and have been for a long time, so, do not feel sorry for me, I am going to be better than fine, because this world is not our home, we are just passing through.

I hate to be so hard on people, but parents gave us spankings to make us better people, the world needs a whipping, especially the American Diet Association, Health Care, and Pharmaceuticals. They have profited from our suffering long enough. I am not mad at doctors because they did not create these systems, they are not that old.

  • Live to be 120 Years Old
Genesis 6:3 And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

Notice it says "Shall be 120" but today life expectancy is 70. It can be done but it requires conquering all of your addictions in order to be free from the "the god of this world."

If it was easy everyone would do it, but it is worth the effort.
How can this be accomplished? By conquering your addictions to unhealthy food and worship God with all your heart, mind, and strength.

I have conquered all my addictions to unhealthy food over the last year. Cravings for unhealthy food still persist, and the American diet is working against us all, but prayer and fasting is the key to success.

  • The Christian History Facebook page is one I created. I have been on Facebook for 14 years and I have studied the Bible for most of my life, and Christian History for about 18 years. I had to pay for the Christian History studies, and I am sharing what I have learned at no cost, because Christian History should be free for all.
