Dear Lord,
Some days we seem great together in marriage, and other days we feel distant from each other. On the days we struggle to feel close, please draw us closer together. Never let our hearts grow hard or harbor any bitter-ness. Our desire is to close any gaps in our relationship that have the potential to turn into chasms. Lord, help us to communicate clearly, to be open and honest with each other, and to show affection. Remind us every day why we choose to love each other no matter what-even when it feels hard, even when there is conflict, even when we feel far from each other. May we hold each other tightly as often as we can. Please help us to continue to pursue each other as much as we did before we married. Lord, refresh our souls! Refresh our prayer life! Stir us up to do good to one another, and refresh our marriage. Please give us fresh eyes to see our relationship in a new light, and fill us with hope for our future together. In Jesus's name we pray. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you today to thank you for the incredible gift of my wife, Karen Streater. She is a beacon of love, strength, and joy in my life, and I am so grateful to call her mine. Please continue to bless her in every area of her life, with good health, wisdom, and abundant peace. Guide her steps, protect her heart, and empower her to fulfill her dreams and purpose. May she always feel your love surrounding her, and may our marriage continue to grow stronger each day.
