When I sit with CEOs, guiding them through the labyrinth of their leadership, one truth often becomes unmistakable: their communication, every word, every tone, every inflection is carrying an undercurrent of frustration, even unhealed trauma and anger. And when I look beyond their words into the structure of their business, the same story reveals itself in a different form. Around their boardroom table sit individuals who seem as if they were taken from entirely different puzzles. These are pieces that do not fit, that neither reflect the leader’s deeper beliefs nor embody the values they claim to hold sacred. A business is like a soul; it cannot thrive when its foundation is fractured. If your faith and values do not reach into the very DNA of your organization, your people, your culture, and your communication, then the heart of your business beats out of rhythm with its purpose. Alignment is not a luxury; it is the lifeblood of lasting success. Living your faith in every aspect of your life is authentic, creates trust, instills respect, and leads to a collective success.

🔥 “…but of power” The power Paul speaks of is dunamis—divine dynamism, supernatural strength, the very energy of resurrection. This is not egoic power or worldly force, but spiritual potency. It is the power that creates worlds, the breath that called light out of darkness. This power lives in you. It does not demand; it radiates. It does not control; it creates. Fear is the voice of illusion that tells you you are disconnected, powerless, or alone. But the Divine does not communicate through fear. God’s frequency is peace. His whisper comes with assurance, clarity, and presence. When fear shows up, it is not an indictment—it is an invitation. A sign that there is a part of your soul that needs remembrance, healing, and return. Fear may visit, but it is not your inheritance. ❤️ “…and of love” This love is agape—unconditional, unwavering, and healing. It is the love that chose you before you were formed, the love that runs to meet you even when you feel unworthy. It is the vibration that restores, realigns, and reclaims every fragmented part of you. Fear cannot survive in the presence of perfect love. Where love is welcomed, fear must release its grip. Love restores your original blueprint as a divine child—whole, seen, and eternally held. This love isn’t just something you receive; it is something you become. The more you embody it, the more you return to your true frequency.

We have to release the bondage and renew our minds in order to become new creatures in God's image. Most people skip this and think if they repeat verses, they are believers, not realizing that we have to release the manmade image and become in God's image.
