I am an engineer from Mines Paris PSL and PhD graduate in machine learning and computational biology. My doctoral research was supervised by Thomas Walter and Emmanuel Barillot at Institut Curie.

My PhD work focused on developing machine learning methods for both high-dimensional transcriptomic data and pathology imaging.

My main research interests lie at the intersection of self-supervised learning, multimodal learning, and computational biology.
