Their team was extremely informative and helpful, guiding me through every step of the customs process. They kept me updated regularly, which gave me peace of mind. I was trying to do a move to Japan for my wife and due to certain issues with customs the costs would have been exponential yet Shawn and Ed did the due diligence to save me as a customer. They could have done the move and not helped me out but they stood by their ethical code and did the right thing for me as an individual vice taking advantage of me to make an easy sale.
