Organizations allow Agency accounts to group businesses under separate clients or brands.
If you manage multiple clients or multiple brands, organizations help you keep everything structured and easy to manage.
This feature is available for Agency accounts only.
What is an organization?
An organization is a group of one or more businesses.
For example:
- Client A can have its own organization with three locations
- Client B can have a separate organization with two locations
This allows you to separate clients inside your account while keeping everything under one login.
How to create an organization
You can create a new organization when adding a business.
- Click Add Business
- In the Organization section, select Add new
- Enter the organization name
- Save
The new business will be added to that organization.
How to move a business to a different organization
If you need to reorganize your clients:
- Go to the Businesses page
- Click Edit next to the business
- Select a different organization
- Save
You can also create a new organization during this process.
How organizations appear in your account
On the Businesses page, businesses are grouped by organization.
In the business selector, you will see businesses listed under their organization name.
If an organization contains multiple locations, you can select All locations to view combined data for that group.
Deleting an organization
If an organization has no businesses inside it, it can be deleted.
If it contains businesses, you will need to move those businesses to another organization before deleting it.
Who can use organizations?
Organizations are available for Agency accounts.
Starter and Growth users can manage multiple businesses, but they will be grouped under a single default organization.
