Expanding Our Base building, Chapters, and Membership
Expand the reach and presence of Leaders Igniting Transformation into current and new communities, schools, and campuses.
Advancing Our Advocacy, Campaigns, Policies
Continue to advance our public policy, campaigns, and advocacy efforts to ensure that young people are heard and respected within various levels of government and push forward the fight for racial equity.
Increase Youth Civic Engagement
Build upon previous years’ work to continue to increase youth focus civic engagement efforts at the ballot box and outside of the ballot box.
Increase The Organizational Health & Strength
Continue to maintain health organization in respect to fundraising, compliance, and internal workplace culture and norms.
Strengthen Leadership Pipeline
Continue to develop a leadership pipeline for LIT members to grow their leadership and build skills.
