162,000 square feet of tilt-up panels, 106,000 square feet of PrimX slab on grade, 340,000 square feet of Ductilcrete CS100 slab on grade, conventional slab on grade, dock leveler, hook restraint pits

Description:

The project faced unique challenges involving complex slab systems, including Ductilcrete and PrimX, requiring detailed coordination and systematic planning.

This included dual-layer pour systems for Ductilcrete and regular meetings with Ductilcrete reps and the general contractor.

The project was executed during the winter, which posed additional timing and weather-related difficulties.

Despite these challenges, safety was well managed with 0 recordables.

The integration of PrimX and Ductilcrete slabs within the same building highlighted the project’s complexity.

Throughout, Lithko’s process and methodologies facilitated successful planning and execution, working closely with the customer to select and implement the best slab systems for each location.
