A Christmas Story. Always. It's just so perfectly hilarious, and yet strangely heartwarming all the same. I will happily tune in for it every single year.

I'm sitting here with fifteen minutes until I have to head to Japanese class...and while I love it, I really don't want to go. I think I'm hitting the point where I am just...done with UC and I just want to be done so I can go to NKU. I don't want to sit through classes and I just don't want to be on this campus any more.

I used to love it here, but through the years, and with the changes...It just stopped being the school for me. A new start will be great, and I can't wait. I think being back in with a schedule similar to high schools in the area will be good for me too...So will having a schedule that has be in classes by 8:00, and out near 2:00/3:00 most days. It something I'll have to adjust to after I graduate anyway.

At least summer is close, and it's starting off with quite a bang this year. I have ACen May 19-22, and then I'll be heading to LA for E3 June 5-10. Then there's Comic-con in July. This is going to be the summer where I just...do everything I want. I need this break, and then...then I can kick some serious ass in my NKU classes and power on home to graduation--even if the transfer is making that graduation come in 2013, I'm okay with that.

So! I went to NKU today and registered for classes 83. So Fall schedule is looking like this for next year:

So first a minor update \o/ I have been doing really well in Japanese this quarter. Which is impressive with having months off of having actual class. I have been getting 49.5-50/50 on vocab, 82/100 on both chapter tests, and I totally aced my vocal exam today. This is...This is good. And I am massively relieved.

Acen is around the corner, and I am excited. Uzuki is almost done, I got my plastic for the wings today (a mere 15 hours after I ordered it. FUCK YEAH LOCAL SUPPLIER) And I will be sewing all Saturday and Sunday...so that should get finished up this weekend. I'll also be ordering the last of what I need for {...} so 8D.
