The Gateway Story
LearningRO was founded from a college coursework project on 25 January 2025. While attending Gateway College in the United Kingdom, founder Dhumik Pravin was given a "Dragons’ Den" style assignment to brainstorm a micro-business. While most followed the brief, Dhumik went further—launching a fully functioning educational platform then known as "LearnifyX," later evolving into LearningRO.
The motivation was clear: other AI tools were providing quick answers, but those shortcuts were robbing students of the "cognitive struggle" needed for true mastery. We believe that AI is only useful when used wisely—as a mentor, not a replacement for effort.

RoTutor: Your Socratic Mentor
Unlike conventional AI assistants that give away answers, RoTutor focuses on guided explanations and step-by-step problem-solving. This approach ensures ethical learning and independent mastery in Science, Mathematics, English, and Business.
Beyond the Chat: RoTutor rewards devotion with a gamified system of Study Points and badges. Use them in our Avatar Store to personalize your bot, or utilize the built-in Pomodoro timer and note-taking panel to stay productive.
The Soul Curriculum
Learning doesn't end with GCSEs or A-levels. Our Cultural and Festival Learning category encourages students to move beyond "gatanugati"—the blind repetition of customs—to understand the philosophical and historical reasons behind traditions and festivals in India and the world.
Through our "Great Builders of India" initiative, we bridge the gap in contemporary education by exploring the lives of Sages, Rishis, and Freedom Fighters like Gandhi and Ambedkar. We believe that understanding these foundational figures is essential for values-based character development.
