How to Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
Further protect the data in your ProjectManager account with multi-factor authentication.
In addition to strong password requirements, Business and Enterprise customers can enable multi-factor authentication for their accounts.
How to Set It Up
You can find this setting by navigating to the account menu in the bottom left and then selecting “account.” Once you see the below popup, click "Security."

This feature is turned off by default. Any user with access to the “edit accounts and billing page” security option can update multi-factor authentication settings.
Tip: For further protection, Enterprise customers can also turn on SAML SSO.

How It Works
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is provided through our authentication provider, Auth0. Once enabled, all users will be required to authenticate their identity with either an authenticator app on their phone or via a one-time password or recovery code. Users will be asked to set up two-factor authentication when they next log in.
To set up MFA, you will need to scan a QR Code with an authenticator app. Here's an example set up screen from the process.

Protecting Multiple Workspaces
If you have multiple workspaces, enabling multi-factor authentication under one will protect them all. This is because you log in before you choose a workspace, so if any of your workspaces require MFA you'll be prompted for your code when logging in, regardless of which workspace you intend to access.
