Setting a Secure Password
When you're creating your ProjectManager account, you'll be prompted to set your password. Your password must meet the following criteria to be strong enough to use:

A minimum of 8 characters but we recommend at least 16
- Contain at least 3 of the following character types
- Lower case
- Upper case
- Numbers
- Symbols
- Can't begin or end with a space
The longer and more complex the better, we recommend using a password manager to generate a complex and unique password for your account. For maximum security we recommend also enabling multi-factor authentication or SAML.
Resetting Your Password
You can reset your password via the login page. First, enter the email address for your account. Then, when prompted to enter your password, click "Forgot password?".
A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Follow the instructions from there to reset your password.
