Customize & Edit Your Account Information

Use the account menu to customize and change your account.

 

Some features below are only available on certain editions, learn more.

Access the Account Menu

To access the account menu, navigate to your avatar and click the Account option.

Here, you'll see the following settings:

Enable Light/Dark Mode

We have both light and dark modes depending on your preference. The theme automatically defaults to your current OS settings, but you can change it as many times as you'd like. 

Update Your Profile Photo & Add Skills

Upload a profile photo or choose an avatar. 

 

 

You can also change your collaboration colors in the profile section so others know which cell you're working on in the Gantt. 

 

 

When updating your account, you'll also be able to add details skills, approver, notes, etc.

Alerts

Determine how often you'd like to receive alerts regarding activity, task reminders and timesheet reminders. This is where admins can establish their alerts as well. To customize your alerts, click on the green "customize" hyperlink.

Role Security

In the security portion of your account information, you can make global admin changes. Add people to your account, edit role security settings and adjust the accounts and billing page.

You can also set team holidays, edit/approve timesheets, set hourly rates and more. In addition to the global admin, you can determine the admin, manager, member and guest roles in this section.

Audit Log

Those on our Enterprise edition can access and edit their audit log through the account menu. The audit log is a comprehensive security log that includes user login records, security configuration changes and account-level changes. 

 

Note: Audit logs are only available on our Enterprise edition.

Holidays

Set an individual, country or global holiday by navigating between the tabs in the holidays section. It can be as short or as long as you'd like. You can also adjust planned hours that may be impacted due to any holidays in this section. Learn more about holidays.

Account Popup

In the account popup, you can view and edit your settings including your company name, phone number, account owner, country, currency and zip code. There are also tabs to view and adjust your edition, billing, receipts, licenses, security and API integration.

Integrations and Add Ons

If you've purchased any add ons from our Advanced Collaboration Bundle, you'll see which are activated in the integrations section. Learn more about add ons.

Password

Update your login credentials at any time. 

 

Manage Users

View your current team and see information on their role, email address and phone number. You can also view individual team members' profiles or make their profiles inactive depending on your permissions. Learn more about managing users.

Workspaces

If you have multiple workspaces set up, this is where you navigate between them. Workspaces are secure areas to work and are ideal for individual departments or organizations. Data stays private within each workspace and you can switch without logging out. Learn more about workspaces.

Account Export

Our Enterprise customers can export all project, task and timesheet data to store offline backup copies of important account information. 

 

Note: Account export is only available on Enterprise plans.

Log Out

To log out of your account, use the account menu.
