When you connect your Google account (e.g., Google Calendar) to Kizen, we access only the data strictly necessary to facilitate the integration. We do not share your Google user data with third parties except as required to provide, maintain, and improve the service’s functionality.

How We Use Your Calendar Data:
Selective Access: Users maintain control by selecting only the specific calendars applicable to their workflows. Availability & Scheduling: When using Kizen CRM scheduling tools, we access your calendar to display existing events and real-time availability. This allows you and your team to identify "free/busy" slots and prevent scheduling conflicts. Two-Way Synchronization: You may sync scheduled activities directly from the Kizen CRM into your Google Calendar. Centralized Dashboards: To provide a comprehensive view of your schedule, Kizen aggregates events from your selected Google calendars alongside your Kizen activity dashboards and other configured calendar sources.

Retention of Data

Kizen Technologies Inc will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements an policies.
