⏱️ How long does hiring take?
For most cases, it will be 4-6 weeks from kick-off to the start day of the first cohort of engineers.
We offer a transparent, all-inclusive pricing model. Your total cost covers everything: the engineer’s salary, benefits, perks, equipment, and our service fee. No hidden charges, no surprises.

Making successful, long-term relationships work is a key pillar of our business. However, we understand this situation may come up. Here’s how we can resolve the problem together.
- We typically catch early signs during the first 90 days and will already be working with you and the talent to course-correct. If a replacement becomes necessary, all we ask is a two-week notice.
- Should the contract end, Keepers will ensure a smooth offboarding and can immediately begin backfilling the role to minimize disruption.
