About Dr. Kara Pepper

Hi, I’m Dr. Kara Pepper. I created this practice because every patient deserves to feel seen, heard, and respected. After 20 years in traditional medicine, I knew there had to be a better way—one that allowed for deeper connection, thoughtful care, and more time with the people who matter most: you.

Here, your visit isn’t rushed. Your voice matters. And your care plan is built with you, not just for you.

Special interest in eating disorders, Mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), Ehlers Danlos (EDS), Postural orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and menopause.

I provide comprehensive diagnostic and chronic care for adults (18+) online or in-person.

Where Medicine Meets Meaningful Connection

By the time many patients find their way here, they’ve already been harmed by a healthcare system that ignored their humanity. This practice was built to do the opposite—to re-empower you, clarify your goals and values, and create a care plan that works with you, not on you.

Our work is grounded in:

We have a deep interest in treating complex and often misunderstood conditions, including eating disorders, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and menopause.

Most importantly: You are not a diagnosis. You’re a whole person—and you’ll be treated that way.
