We are amongst the very few companies in India to have a complete in-house testing facility with a physical & analytical lab for UV Masterbatch.

Outsource Analytical Lab

• Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR):
  The FTIR method of spectroscopy relies on the absorption of infrared photons that cause molecular bonds to vibrate. The result is a spectrum of distinctive bands that can be used as a fingerprint to identify and describe the sample.
• Thermo gravimetric Analyzer (TGA):
  TGA is used to investigate the thermal stability of polymers.
• Differential Scanning calorimeter (DSC):
  The physical and chemical properties of a substance can change as a function of temperature or time, and DSC is used to evaluate enthalpy changes resulting from these changes.
  The above tests ensure consistent product quality and enable us to consistently continuous improvement in our processes & products.
