Return your device with ease
If you wish to return your rented MacBook from JUUZ, it is important that you notify us by email. We would appreciate receiving the MacBook (and its charger) back in the special shipping box we sent it to you in. If you no longer have this box, please pack the MacBook securely with shipping materials and use a large box.

After notifying us, you can proceed with packing the MacBook and then drop it off at a PostNL location near you.

Returning your Mac via parcel service is always at your own risk, so we recommend insuring the shipment. You can also return your MacBook to us in Amersfoort, which is possible by appointment.

Inspecting your device
Once we receive the MacBook in good order, the pre-paid deposit will be refunded to the account number we have on file. If we find any visible damage, the deposit will not be refunded.
