Contract & Term
For every MacBook, we offer flexible lease terms of 24 or 36 months. A one-time security deposit is required at checkout, which is fully refunded upon the successful completion of your lease term. You'll digitally sign a straightforward contract that outlines our clear terms and conditions. Please be aware that early termination of the agreement is not possible.
Support & Assistance
Our dedicated support team is always ready to assist you with any issues you may encounter. Your MacBook is enrolled in Apple's Device Enrollment Program (DEP), which enables us to provide efficient remote assistance for all your software and hardware inquiries. This ensures that you receive quick and effective solutions, keeping your workflow uninterrupted.
End of Term
Once your lease term concludes, we will promptly return your security deposit. At this point, you gain full ownership of the MacBook, making it yours to keep. You then have the option to start a new lease with an upgraded model, or you can simply continue to use your current MacBook for as long as you like. The choice is entirely yours, providing a seamless transition.
