We are located in the Netherlands and operate both online and from our physical office. Our office also serves as a pickup point, customers are welcome to visit us to collect their MacBook or other devices in person.

Yes, we do ship outside the Netherlands. We offer international shipping to select countries within the EU. All shipments are securely packaged, insured, and come with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry — we’re here to help. First, check the track & trace link you received via email. It will show the latest shipping status and estimated delivery time. If you can’t find the tracking email or need assistance interpreting the status, feel free to contact our support team via email, phone, or chat. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to courier issues or high shipping volumes, but we’ll always do our best to resolve it quickly and keep you updated.

Your order will be carefully packaged in a secure, protective box designed to keep your MacBook or other device safe during transit. We use custom-fit packaging and protective materials to prevent any movement or damage during shipping. Each device is also cleaned, checked, and prepared before shipment. If you’ve selected any additional software or personalization options, those will be pre-installed and included. We ship all orders insured and registered, so your package is safe and trackable from our office to your doorstep.

Yes, for all our regular shipping in Europe we provide free shipping. Cool right?

RENT & LEASE

Buying a MacBook outright can be expensive and typically doesn’t come with any support when you run into issues or have questions. With our rental service we provide ongoing assistance wherever you are so you can focus on your work without worry.

You can find the deposit amounts for each MacBook model in our general terms and conditions. The deposit is a one-time refundable payment and will be returned to you when the device is returned in good condition.

You can rent our MacBooks on a monthly basis. The rental period is completely flexible, allowing you to rent for as short or as long as you need. Whether you need a MacBook for a quick project, a business trip, or long-term use, our service adapts to your schedule.

At JUUZ, we offer a wide selection of MacBooks that you can rent through our subscription plan. While you’re free to choose the model that best suits your needs, we always recommend the MacBook Pro. It’s a powerful machine capable of handling everything from everyday tasks to intensive projects like video editing and creative design work.

Our subscription is designed to be affordable, flexible, and risk-free. Whether you rent for one month or six, the cost remains competitive. You pay monthly and can cancel your subscription at any time — with no cancellation notice required. This makes it ideal for freelancers, students, startups, or anyone who values flexibility without being locked into long-term commitments.

PAYMENT

Currently, you can pay using iDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking, or the KBC/CBC payment button. You’ll be redirected to the secure payment page of Mollie, our trusted payment provider. Once payment is completed, your MacBook subscription will be activated and you can immediately start using your device from JUUZ.

Yes, you can! If you plan to rent a MacBook from us for more than 3 months, you’re eligible for a €5 discount per month. To claim this offer, simply contact us by phone, email, or live chat to request your personal discount code.

Once you sign up, we carefully prepare your MacBook so it feels just like new. Your device will be personalized to your preferences, and any selected software will be pre-installed by our team. After setup, your MacBook is securely packed in a special protective box and shipped via PostNL with insured and registered delivery, typically arriving within 1 to 2 business days.

You’ll receive a track & trace code so you can monitor your shipment at any time. If you’re not home during the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be made the next day. If that’s unsuccessful, your MacBook will be delivered to a nearby PostNL pickup point, where you can collect it with valid identification.

Absolutely not. We believe in full transparency and fair service. There are no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or small print surprises.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your MacBook immediately without hassle. We aim to make sure you’re always supported — whether you need assistance, repairs, or a replacement.

SUPPORT

When your MacBook is delivered, we make sure it comes with pre-installed software that allows us to assist you remotely. Don’t worry — we only access your device with your explicit permission.

Has your MacBook been stolen or gone missing? Please report it to us within 24 hours, and we will file a police report together. Keep in mind that in such cases, an insurance deductible applies. The exact amount can be found in our general terms and conditions.

For minor damage, we’ll assess together whether you can continue using the MacBook. In the case of more serious damage, we will arrange a replacement and determine whether part (or all) of the security deposit needs to be withheld.

When you rent a MacBook, you agree to a security deposit. This deposit is fully refunded if you return the MacBook in the same condition you received it. If the device is returned with damage or missing parts, part (or all) of the deposit may be withheld.
