Ottawa City

It is such a sin not to have a multitude of photos in this city…just within the Parliament’s ground, one can have a sumptuous visual treats and a feel of serenity.  Memorably Splendid!

The Parliament

theparliamentVisiting Ottawa won’t be complete without dropping by at The Parliament Hills and have a souvenir photo with The Parliament Building as the backdrop….Great idea to come on daytime and stay longer as its marvelous view by night can’t be discounted. Ottawa is truly a fascinating city.

Rideau Canal and The Ottawa Queen

rideaucanalA popular travel website once said that there are two ways to see a country, either by walking or a boat cruise. I happened to experience both. Nope, i mean “see” both while walking in The Rideau Canal. A canal boat tour known as “Ottawa Queen”  cruise by while i was having a “kodak” moment. Hitting two birds with one stone in one photo, Lucky Me! 🙂

Obama Cookies

obamacookiesAccording to an Ottawa local, “the Obama cookie”  was coined after President Obama visited the Byward Market in ottawa and enjoyed the cookies of Moulin de Provence bakery. I took a snapshot of these cookies when i happened to stroll by and look for some pastries.
