At Joos, we are committed to making our power bank rental service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to ensure that our stations, app, and website provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all users.

Physical Accessibility 

  • Accessible Station Design – Where possible, Joos power bank stations are installed at a height that accommodates wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. 
  • High-Contrast Display & Readable Text – Our screens are designed for optimal readability, supporting users with low vision. 
  • Touchscreen & App Usability – We prioritize clear, responsive interfaces with simple navigation. 
  • Alternative Access Support – If a Joos station is inaccessible, users can contact our support team for assistance. 

Digital Accessibility 

Our website and mobile app aim to follow WCAG 2.2 guidelines to create a more inclusive experience, including: 

  • Keyboard Navigation – We are working towards ensuring our digital platforms can be navigated without a mouse. 
  • Screen Reader Compatibility – Our app and website are being optimised to work with assistive technologies such as screen readers. 
  • Sufficient Contrast & Resizable Text – We are improving content presentation to support high contrast and text resizing without loss of functionality. 
  • Clear Instructions & Error Prevention – We are refining forms, payment screens, and navigation elements to ensure they are easy to understand and minimise errors.
