I don't usually write reviews online, but the excellent service of this company deserves the time. The repair people were helpful and quick to resolve a pool heater issue. The administrative staff was very efficient and polite in handling our phone conversations. It was nice to actually speak to a human who was aware of the situation on the phone instead of having to leave voice mails. Very trustworthy company!

I have been a satisfied customer of Johnson Pools for over 20 years. Every facet of home pool & water feature needs is available from Johnson Pools. From weekly maintenance to emergency troubleshooting—They do it all. Johnson Pools is dependable, reliable & fastidious. I could not be more pleased with their quality & professionalism.

Our pool was leaking water. We called Johnson Pools to figure out what needed to be done and to do the repairs. They determined that the return line to two jets was leaking and needed to be replaced. Johnson Pools was very responsive. They came out the same day as I called them to determine what needed to be done and to give me an estimate. Then they returned the next week and did the work. They did an excellent job for the price quoted. Their crew worked very hard for three days to replace the return line. They are very honest and work with the customer to make sure the job is done properly. Compared to the other pool companies we have used, Johnson Pools is head and shoulders above them - just no comparison.

They discovered the source of the leak very quickly and made the repair. Lucky for us it was all very simple. They also took care of a few preventative steps for other possible leaks in the future. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them for any problem you can't solve yourself.

We had a busted return line this year on our pool and Johnson Pools had availability within 2 days, unlike everyone else who was about 2 weeks out in scheduling. They gave me a quote over the phone, the tech came out and suggested an alternate solution to bring my bill down, and then fixed my line for me. Very friendly overall, efficient, and professional all the way around. We'll be calling them again for any future repairs!

Johnson Pools helped us to re-create our backyard. They did an excellent job with all aspects of the pool equipment, from recommending the new items that we needed to reusing the items that they could. They worked extremely well with our other contractors to make certain the construction moved along as planned. Thank you for a terrific job!
