We align our curriculum with governing bodies such as the Project Management Institute (PMI)®, PeopleCert, Scrum Alliance, and AXELOS to ensure your certification is fully recognized worldwide.

We are committed to your success. For our core boot camps (such as PMP®, TOGAF®, ITIL®, and PRINCE2®), if you do not pass the official exam on your first attempts, we will cover your re-exam fees or refund your training costs.

While rules vary slightly by course, the standard requirements include:

Attending 100% of your scheduled live classes.

Completing at least 8 hours of online study in our learning portal.

Scoring at least 80% on our practice exam simulators.

Taking your first exam within 30 days of completing your training with us.

Yes. If you need to change your class date, simply send us an email at least 14 business days before your scheduled class starts. If you have a sudden medical emergency, we can move you to a future date at no extra cost.

We offer a flexible 10-Day / 30-Minute Rule. You can request a 100% refund or trade your purchase for another online course if you contact us within 10 days of buying AND have spent less than 30 minutes studying inside the learning portal. Once 10 days pass or you spend 30 minutes or more in the portal, no refunds are allowed.

If we must cancel a class due to venue availability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to make it right. You can choose to join an upcoming Live Online session (and we will refund the price difference) or move your registration to a future date that works for you.

This depends on the course and the region you are enrolling from. Some courses bundle the official exam vouchers directly with the registration, while others offer them as optional add-ons. Please refer to the specific course page or chat with our support team to verify what is included in your enrollment.

For self-paced courses, you will receive standard access to all training materials, quizzes, and modules for a set period (typically 180 days or 1 year from purchase, depending on the course). This gives you plenty of time to study and pass your exam.
