Yes. If you need to change your class date, simply send us an email at least 14 business days before your scheduled class starts. If you have a sudden medical emergency, we can move you to a future date at no extra cost.
We offer a flexible 10-Day / 30-Minute Rule. You can request a 100% refund or trade your purchase for another online course if you contact us within 10 days of buying AND have spent less than 30 minutes studying inside the learning portal. Once 10 days pass or you spend 30 minutes or more in the portal, no refunds are allowed.
If we must cancel a class due to venue availability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to make it right. You can choose to join an upcoming Live Online session (and we will refund the price difference) or move your registration to a future date that works for you.
