We want your experience with Jarvis Learn to be excellent and rewarding. Please read this policy carefully before booking your training, as registering for a class or purchasing a course means you agree to these rules.
Please note: Jarvis Learn reserves the right to close student accounts or remove individuals from training sessions if basic professional behavior and ethics are violated.
Because we must secure venues, instructors, and class resources ahead of time, we have strict rules for physical classrooms and live online workshops:
Rescheduling: If you need to change your class date, you must email us at least 14 business days before your scheduled class starts. We can move you to a future date at no extra cost if you have a medical emergency.
Missed Classes (No-Shows): If you do not show up to a class you registered for, no refund or reschedule will be granted.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Once you book a seat, there are no refunds—even if you cancel within 30 minutes of booking, or more than 22 business days before the class starts.
If Jarvis Learn Cancels Your Class: If we have to cancel a class, we will move you to a Live Online class (and refund you the price difference) or move your registration to a future date that works for you.
If you purchased a self-paced, online-only course, we offer a flexible return window:
The 10-Day / 30-Minute Rule: You can request a 100% refund or trade your purchase for another online course if you contact us within 10 days of buying AND have spent less than 30 minutes inside the learning portal.
After 10 Days or 30 Minutes: No refunds or course swaps are allowed once 10 days have passed, or if you have studied inside the portal for 30 minutes or more.
Third-Party Purchases: If you bought our course through a third-party partner, a 14-day money-back guarantee may apply.
Refund Method: All approved refunds are sent back to the exact payment method you used during your purchase.
