MARK ASHTON
Mark, who is both the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ipswich Town, has worked in football for more than 30 years.
Previously CEO at Bristol City, he joined Ipswich Town in June 2021 and has since overseen back-to-back promotions from League One to the Premier League.
Mark is passionate about community work, and, since arriving at Portman Road, he has shown passion and devotion to the Club’s charitable arm, Ipswich Town Foundation. He is a Trustee for the Foundation and is regularly involved in the Club’s community work.

CONOR CHAPLIN
Conor, who joined the Football Club in the summer of 2021, has been a Trustee of the Foundation since November 2021.
Conor has been part of the community organisations at his previous Clubs, and has been selected as Community Player of the Year at Portsmouth and Barnsley, as well as at Town in 2022.
Conor is a very personable character, and is extremely driven and committed to everything he does. He is excited to be a Trustee of the Foundation, and is committed to supporting its continued growth.

MATT HOLLAND
Matt needs no introduction to Ipswich Town fans having spent 6 years at the Club after signing in 1997.
Matt captained the Club to Premier League promotion in 2000, a 5th place finish in the Premier League and UEFA Cup qualification the following year.
Since ending his playing career, Matt has worked in the media with the BBC, Serena Sports, Talksport, TNT Sport, Amazon Prime, Premier League Productions, RTE, and more recently, TownTV.
Matt has been a Trustee of the Foundation since his appointment in October 2021, and has since been appointed to the Club’s Board of Directors,


MATT HOLLAND
Matt needs no introduction to Ipswich Town fans having spent 6 years at the Club after signing in 1997.

NATASHA THOMAS
Natasha joined Ipswich Town Football Club in November 2015 having started her football career at her local clubs, Waveney and Lowestoft Town.
Since arriving at the Club, she has been part of an ongoing journey to help the team reach their goal of playing at the elite level of women’s football, the FA Women’s Super League (WSL).
Natasha is the all-time leading goal scorer for Ipswich Town Women, and has recently made her senior international debut for the Jamaican National Team.
Natasha was appointed as a Trustee of the Ipswich Town Foundation in October 2021, and is enjoying doing her bit to support our crucial work in the community.


NATASHA THOMAS

ANDREW STEVENS
Andrew has been at the forefront of the international telecommunications and data centre sectors for over 30 years. His career started within the IT manufacturing and distribution arenas, he joined CNet Training in 1997 and has been Group CEO since 2004. Andrew is recognised and respected throughout the global digital infrastructure industry and is an active member of numerous international technical industry associations.
He created the global data centre and network infrastructure education framework which includes the world’s first Masters Degree in Leadership & Management for Data Centres and has been instrumental in the development of occupational standard and qualifications throughout the technical infrastructure sector. He has been awarded a number of international industry accolades for his work and for the past six years has been a Trustee of the Edge Foundation, an independent education charity dedicated to raising the status of technical, practical and vocational learning.
Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of international business which includes delivering education globally and making retraining programs accessible to disadvantaged and hard to access communities.

Rob is a solicitor specialising in Dispute Resolution across a broad spectrum of disciplines. He has been a Town fan since the 1970’s. After growing up on the Suffolk border and a five year stint in Newcastle, Rob moved to Suffolk where he has lived since, working both in the west of the county as well as spending several years working exclusively out of Ipswich.
Rob has held a number of volunteer roles over the last 20 years, including school governor, roles as a coach of youth sports teams, and over 10 years as a Trustee and Company Secretary of a charitable trust located in Bury St. Edmunds. ELIZABETH EDWARDS
Elizabeth spends her time volunteering on all things Ipswich Town related. A lifelong fan, she is the Supporter Liaison Officer for Ipswich Town and Ipswich Town Women. She became an Associate Director of Ipswich Town in 2003, and has been a Director of Ipswich Town PLC since 2012. She was Chair of the ITFC Supporters Club from 2007 to 2017.
Along with her husband Tim, Elizabeth runs the ITFC Heritage Society which is currently involved in some exciting community projects with Suffolk Archives, Suffolk Agricultural Association, and with the Ipswich Town Foundation.
In her role as a Trustee, she has responsibilities for governance and compliance, and has been assisting either the vast amount of work needed to ensure the Foundation meets its Community Code of Practice requirements.
In her professional life, Elizabeth worked 30 years in the insurance sector in the City of London, qualifying as an actuary in 1996, developing insurance programmes for major multinationals before specialising in the marine, aviation and aerospace markets. She worked in capital management for major London Market Insurers, before completing her career in financial services.
Elizabeth was appointed as a Trustee of Ipswich Town Foundation in January 2020.


ELIZABETH EDWARDS

Throughout his career, Richard has sought to use physical activity and sport participation as a positive influence on individuals and communities.
Richard was appointed as a Trustee of the Foundation in March 2022, and looks to ensure the work of the Foundation compliments and adds to the opportunities already offered by the local football community. Richard is one of our two Trustees dedicated to promoting Safeguarding across the organisation.

Rowena was born in Australia where she attended the University of Wollongong, graduating with a Bachelor of Education degree (E.Ed) before attaining a Masters Degree in Educational Administration at the University of New South Wales. After a brief spell of travelling, Rowena settled in England where she met her partner, Graham, in Ipswich.
Rowena became a fan of Ipswich Town thanks in no small part because of Graham’s passion for the Club. Rowena’s own passion as a sportsperson, both on the field of play and more latterly as a fan of Town’s Mens and Womens teams, is only matched by her passion as a teacher, where she has over 30 years’ experience, and a enthusiastically embraces the opportunities such a position can afford young people.
In her spare time, Rowena still enjoys travel and the chance to immerse herself in other cultures and walks of life, while, as an avid reader, she particularly enjoys Scandinavian crime novels.
Rowena is proud to have the opportunity to engage with the Ipswich Town Foundation in support of the local community, and is one of two Trustees dedicated to promoting Safeguarding across the organisation.
