Our Golden Days Cafés provide support to those living with dementia, whilst our Senior Blues and Walking Football sessions aim to combat social isolation in those aged 50 and above.

YOUTH ENGAGEMENT
Our Youth Engagement provision responds to the need for targeted interventions in Ipswich and the surrounding areas.
Working closely with key stakeholders including Suffolk Constabulary, our programmes support young people on the periphery of youth violence, as well as providing access to mental health support for young people in the region.
EDUCATION & EMPLOYABILITY
Our Education & Employability provision sees the Foundation work with young people from ages 5 to 18, across our Premier League Primary Stars, PE & School Sports, SEND, and Post-16 Football & Education programmes.
The Foundation also delivers the Twinning Project initiative to support prisoners in giving themselves a platform for careers post-release, and the Your Next Step initiative to those currently on probation.

EVENTS
The Foundation runs a number of events throughout the year, including Fundraising Dinners, Quiz Nights, and so much more.
We also run experiences at Portman Road on matchdays, including our ever-popular Matchday Experience and Fly the Flag packages, as well as Birthday Parties on select dates across the year.
