We encourage people to work in teams of up to two. During the course of the hackathon, there will be a Discord you will have access to you in which there will be a place dedicated to helping you find teams! You are not required to submit a hack, but there will be workshops and mentors on-hand to help you.
To ensure that iStart Valley is welcoming, all attendees, mentors, and volunteers are required to abide by our code of conduct. Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct will be immediately removed from the event and will forfeit their swag and prizes, even if they win.
Finally, all projects must be created between between 11/11-11/13. Ideas may be made beforehand, but coding must be during the hackathon. Teams are allowed to use a website, app, or any type of "builder" to assist with their projects (ex. Squarespace, Wix, etc.) and wireframes will be accepted.
