Settings – Import / Export

Use the import option to get information from other sources into ISOPlanner. If you wish to import the data, first download the template in order to get an Excel sheet in the correct format. After downloading, adjust your the data you wish to import to the template and upload the the file to ISOPlanner. Following items can be imported from an Excel sheet:

• Risks (in addition to “bulk copy” the existing risks, with import functionality you can import new/additional tasks with a simple file upload)
• Tasks (enables you to import not only one time tasks, but also annual plan templates, events and task templates)
• Custom standards (if you have your own standard or additional controls to a standard this will enable you to import them all at once)

Export option enables to get a copy of the information currently in ISOPlanner into an Excel document. Following items can be exported:

• Risks
• Requirements
• Controls
• Tasks
